We chose this hotel based on reviews on the Internet (on the Tez Tour website) and a good rating on the Booking website. The hotel is declared as Ultra All Inclusive, located in the expensive resort area of Belek, the price category is approximately the same as that of Crystal hotels.
Check-in goes only through a well-established scheme of extortions: first they settle in a bad room in which you can’t live (a transformer is buzzing, plumbing and ventilation do not work, it smells like sewage), then for an additional fee (in our case we managed to bargain from $100 to $50) they give normal room. So it was with all the tourists with whom we met.
The hotel itself does not meet the standards of 5 * UAL, fashionable Belek (by the way, this is not exactly Belek, this is a village near Belek, where there is nowhere to go). The hotel is dirty, the elevators are not cleaned. Although I didn’t have to starve, the food was very modest, there was nothing to feed the children, except for french fries, there was little fruit. Plus was the delicious ice cream on the beach.

Towels, incl. beach, and bed linen - it's rags, all in holes, washed out. On towels markings of other hotels.
The sea is clean, the entrance to the water is good, there is a pier. However, the beach is dirty, the sand is not cleaned.
In the evening it’s dark on the territory, the lights don’t work, you can’t walk along the beach, it’s also not comfortable on the territory - you don’t know where to put your foot.
Of the staff, we can note the administrator Elvira - she is a very nice, helpful, well-mannered employee. Also nice guys work in the spa.
You can go to this hotel for a very inexpensive price, but it is too expensive for its real, and not the declared category.
