We have been staying at them almost always for 10 years. 5 stars!! ! Another 5 Stars personally to the General!! ! Another 5 Stars for 7am!! ! THANK. I did not expect ...Total 15 Stars. SUPER!!!

5. We like bungalows. Well like it. I liked that the floor was tiled. Yes, cold, but I liked it. We go into the room. No tiles - laminate. And in general everything has undergone a slight renovation. I can't even say that - everything! Mattresses, walls, color schemes. Yes, maybe not the most modern environment, but it brings Xanadu back to the best of times - solidly, cleanly, spaciously, nicely, calmly.
Everything works - refrigerator, safe, air conditioning. A pre-prepared magnet in a known secluded place and the air conditioner works with the balcony door open. Well, not a dream? Children are happy with their same number - it's connected. The refrigerators have more than you need - beer, juices, spirits, chocolate. For number 5 Stars!! ! For renovation 5 Stars!! ! Total 10 Stars. Worthy...
6. Restaurants. The renovation touched them too. Beautiful and worthy of the general level of the hotel. Lots of new food ideas. If you think about it, it's brilliant. I think I guessed what the business idea is, but I won’t write. Simultaneously clever and ingenious. We loved it...5 Stars!! ! There is nothing more to say. Come and see for yourself.
7. Food. Let me just say that I have never eaten so much. All the time in Xanadu it's a fight against gluttony. No other hotel in the world has had such a difficult confrontation between food and my body. Consciousness says "Stop!!! ". "I can't and I don't want to, " say the baser instincts.
To say that Chef Xanadu - Levent Kaysanik is a genius - is to say nothing. In the best Xanadu years I've seen, there was less variety. A huge number of dishes on the grill - at least 10 stations - I don't remember this. And I won’t even write about the rest of the main dishes, salads, fruits and sweets. Dear Levent, if by the end of my stay in Xanadu I will be torn apart, it will be on your conscience. 15 Stars and 5 more personally by Levent Kaysanik. Total 20 Stars.

8. Bars. I will not go into details, because although I want to find fault, there is nothing to it. In any bar you will get everything you want, both Turkish and imported. All this can be diluted with Martini, cocktails, 3 types of draft beer, etc. Perhaps the only thing that could be corrected is this champagne. These are, for example, mobile waiters who move around with tables on wheels, loaded with basic soft drinks, cutlery, crockery, etc. , depending on their function. They not only pour themselves, but are also donors for other waiters who are nearby. Brilliant and simple. The speed of service is growing like a rocket taking off at Baikonur. These are waiters on rollers, whose speed is higher than 4.2 times group - quantitative tools. Just a lot of waiters. This became possible due to the recruitment of people from Kyrgyzstan, mainly, as I understood from Bishkek. They are helpful, tidy, understand both Turkish and Russian well.
I am sure that the correct selection of such personnel plays an important role here, but the hotel was able to do it. 3rd group - management tools. I can’t give examples - they are not visible, but after all, the entire previously described machine works for at least 5 Stars !! ! Well, another 5 Stars personally to the General Director and management of the hotel.
By the way, remember the reports of 16-17 years. Then the hotel management crowded around the territory with an important look and ate in crowds in restaurants, taking away tables from Guests. Now management is not visible, but everything works like clockwork. One word GOOD FELLOWS. Another 5 Stars...TOTAL 15 for the service.
10. The rest of the service. Just honest 5 Stars!! ! Room service, for example, is now not visible at all, but everything has been removed beyond praise. The territory of Xanadu has always been maintained with great attention and love. Now this attention and love have multiplied many times over. Gardeners are also High Class. The beach is clean.
