the hotel offered a travel agency, from the very beginning of the check-in we were faced with a lack of rooms, as a result, the promised check-in until 14-00 did not happen, as a result, by 16-00 they gave a room with a scandal, we waited with a small child from 10-00. the staff is not friendly.
The rooms are dirty, the cleaning happens with scandals at the reception, in the dining room there is dirt and complete unsanitary conditions, at first they refused, but when they made a video of what was happening in the dining room, yes, it’s a dining room, you can’t call this place a restaurant, they tried to kiss us for two days to the fifth point, so that they would not be posted on the Internet. There is a rotovirus infection in the pool, and judging by the information from the Internet, this has been happening in this hotel for more than a year. With us, two children were taken to the hospital, Komsomolskaya Pravda even wrote about this. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday.
