Arrived at the glorious SIAM ELEGANCE HOTEL 5 * in early October 2011. Since I had an excursion tour, I only had a chance to spend the night here for a few nights, which is a pity. The check-in went quickly, although they do not speak Russian at the reception. The steward will bring your things to the room in the hope of a dollar. Don't be stingy! It's nice. The first room was on the 3rd floor. Loggia with chairs and a table overlooking neighboring houses, mountains, but the sea was visible. I am always surprised when reading reviews how people bother about the view from the window! It is absolutely not important to me, because I only spend the night in the hotel. From the name it is clear that the hotel is designed in Thai style. Designers - respect! Except for the Chinese Guohua paintings and Japanese miniatures on the walls, it's TAI! In the corridors, a pleasant aroma even spreads through the ventilation, which emphasizes the Thai flavor. Consider yourself a double vacation. We have been to Turkey and Thailand. Excellent room with air conditioning, TV, safe, refrigerator, DVD!! ! player, wet wipes and other nice little things. In the bathroom, shampoo, soap, a toilet bowl with a bidet with a touching colored paper flower on the lid. It looks ridiculous, but women will love it. The territory is large, the pool is decent. Everything is surrounded by greenery, 2 minutes walk to the sea. There is a small pool for children, slides, mini-golf, table tennis, a concert venue, I did not have time to witness everything. Judging by the schedule - full of animation, water polo, aqua aerobics, children's fun and a show program every evening. The beach is good, sandy, just before the entrance to the sea and the entrance itself is pebbles. The bottom is not shallow. after a couple of steps - the water is dancing and you can already swim. Water in early October - 24 degrees! Full thrill. On the beach there are scooters, bananas, and other recreational injury hazards. Now about food! Again, I wonder when people fly to distant lands and want to eat French fries, dumplings and borscht. Finally discover the national cuisine!!! ! I had breakfasts and dinners, and they were enough to head. For breakfast, my choice is yogurt. We won't find this. Take clean, without dyes, add fruits from different compotes - and get healthy. In addition to yogurts, of course there is plenty of food. Pancakes, rolls with cheese, eggs of different readiness, fruits, various cheeses, a lot of vegetables, something hot. It's hard to remember everything, but you can always choose. BUT, this honey paradise was not without a fly in the ointment. For the first time I meet with the fact that drinking water at breakfast is for separate money. Yuppie light concentrations - please, but for a simple water drive a coin. At dinner, the exuberance intensifies. Who does not know - all drinks are paid. A lot of appetizers, hot, side dishes, meat - beef, chicken, turkey, but I'm on the fish! Their marinated tulle salad is excellent! Fried fish is good too. Also came off on chickpea hummus and blue ones in all sorts of variations! Naturally, for lovers of experiments with the stomach - salads with mayonnaise. But I do not advise. Maybe they are fresh, but mayonnaise in Turkey has a completely different taste. Too sour. I won't talk much about desserts. The result is on the stomach. They are all very beautiful, but they taste almost the same. The base is pudding, semolina or custard. Fruits - melon, watermelon, apples, peaches, grapes, pears, tangerines. It's all at once! A day later, I left for Cappadocia, and on my return I got a room on the fourth floor on two levels with a balcony overlooking the pool. In order not to be suspected of bias, I will not sing laudatory odes, look at my photos. A big plus of the hotel - 50 meters shopping arcade. There are also expensive shops, even after bargaining, but there are quite acceptable ones. You can buy water, sweets, coffee, souvenirs. In front of the shops there is a small square with a monument to Ataturk and a bronze orchestra. For those who take a steam bath for daily cleaning and changing towels - do not worry. Everything is in the open there. Bottom line - a great hotel. Would love to stay here again!
