We rested at the end of May 2023, the hotel as a whole is good, everything is beautiful, there is animation, mostly adult, though a little monotonous. Headphones are tracked in the laundry area of ​ ​ this hotel. As they later explained to me, this hotel has a laundry room and it is here that they wash clothes from our hotel as well. The puzzle came together, the cleaners just by chance, or maybe not by chance, collected our linen from the room along with my headphones. Not coincidentally, because my headphones turned on intermittently several times at different times.
We went around everything, after which I was promised to look into it, find it, but this story, unfortunately, ended. I understand that perhaps no one is to blame, but we came to rest, but we didn’t get because of our mistake for $ 250. As I understand it, they decided to refund or not, but for 2 weeks I have not received an answer. That is why this review is here. It could not be headphones, your jewelry, watches, etc. In general, it is not safe to leave things in the room in this hotel, be careful.
