Corruption and extortion. The attitude at the reception leaves much to be desired. The hotel staff is not professional, Mr. Ahmet at the reception demanded 20 dollars for a room with a balcony, an element of corruption was openly displayed, a violation of the law of the Republic of Turkey.

Terrible service at the front desk, they are not interested in your problems, they ask you to come back later several times while the guest is waiting, the receptionist walks away and does not pay attention to expectations, the employee's goal is to gain personal benefit through extortion, especially a man named Ahmet (intending to send his photo ).

There are no dressing gowns. The window is broken, it doesn’t open, every part of the room is scary to look at, the paint is peeling, there are cracks. The mattresses on them are absolutely terrible, all covered in dirty, greasy stains. It feels like they haven’t been changed or washed even once all summer. In some mattresses the foam was crumbling due to age.

In the area near the pool, renovations are underway, they are pouring concrete, horror, concrete is harmful to the respiratory tract, dust gets into the lungs and pollutes the health of the guests, I noticed that children are near this and receive a lot of radiation.
In the pool, tiles had fallen off in places, there were dirty sun loungers and bird droppings. It feels like they haven’t been changed or washed even once all summer. There are wooden ones laid between the sun loungers, some sticks with nails sticking out.

Service at a very low level. They don't speak English. And so it is in everything. The furniture throughout the hotel is old, shabby and scratched, just like the hotel itself. The common restroom in the men's room has a terrible smell.

Cocktails in bars are generally some kind of swill, sometimes even without ice. The height of ignorance is the dirt in the food area, oil splashes on the walls, I almost vomited from what I saw. There is some glass on the tables and between the glass and the tablecloth there is dirt, grease, and hair.

The next day after check-in, we demanded a refund, the manager at the reception offered to change our room due to problems, and demanded an additional payment of 20 dollars for a room with a balcony.

This is not our first visit to Turkey, it’s a shame that this happened. Disgusting hotel, I would not recommend it under any circumstances. You will regret it 100 times. I intend to continue the fight with the hotel, in the near future I will submit a claim in writing, with the condition, photos and videos that I took on my phone. There are simply no words, these are scammers.
