I didn't like the hotel very much, would never recommend it to anyone. The attitude of the staff is terrible, they settled in the farthest room, although we had the nearest one, they said if you want closer, then pay 400 euros per day. Further, we waited a very long time for check-in. The food is not tasty, poisoned. On 5 does not pull, 3 stars. 4 would not be set either. No animation. I also want to note that on the territory of the hotel there is a rental of jet skis and riding on tablets. As a result, we rode on a bun, my husband flew out of there and they didn’t save him for 30 minutes.
The next day we rode a jet ski, it stalled and we were covered by a wave, no one came for us and we swam out from the middle of the sea, and the next day they came to the hotel and charged us 2300 euros for the repair of the ATV)))) without showing him without explaining why. The hotel with them for one thing, they said they can remove 800 euros, pay the rest. They scare us that if we don’t pay, we won’t get on the plane. Our guide does not work with us at all, does not answer questions and says tear yourself apart, his name is Elvira. In general, the emotions are terrible, I would close this hotel for a check. For everything, even though it's ultra all inclusive, you have to pay. Just for everything! It's horrible!
