It was the worst vacation of my life!
We arrived at the hotel, we were settled in the DELUXE FAMILY SUITE, which we ordered, as I was traveling with my mother and two small children. The room was terribly dirty, dust everywhere, dirty floors - the children were in white socks and after 5 minutes the socks became BLACK! There were dirty towels in the bathroom
Considering the fact that the hotel costs a lot of money and positions itself as a hotel of the highest level, I demanded for such an attitude towards the guest to move us to another room of the same category or higher! To which the hotel did not react at first, and then simply sent a maid. I asked not to enter the room in which I was settled with my family. A rude hotel manager, the staff simply does not respond to the requests of the guests !!!!! ! Fortunately, the company I applied to helped me move to the RIXOS HOTEL PREMIUM VIP ROOMS, where I spent a wonderful vacation with my children and mom. There is service and nice staff. I did not regret that I changed the hotel!
