I arrived at approximately 10.50, they checked into the room immediately, they did not keep me at the reception until 14.00 or demand additional money for quick check-in. They speak Russian at the reception. All the staff are friendly. There were few vacationers, which gave some advantages, for example, in the dining room and swimming pool. Then there were more and more tourists.
The hotel is new, they said it opened on April 9.2024. It’s very nice that everything is new in the hotel and in the room. The view from the window was ok, despite the two iron trash containers below, from the 3rd floor this is not such a problem. Some of the windows were not far from the chicken coop, and people there complained that the rooster constantly woke them up at night. The hotel is conveniently located in the very place of Belek, there are places to go for an evening walk. True, the prices there are simply inadequate. Remember, a normal market comes on Saturday, where you can buy some clothes, shoes (be sure to bargain), and fruit.
The room has: flat-screen TV, shower gel, liquid soap, hair conditioner, shampoo, toilet paper, kettle, tea, sugar, bottle of water for the kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning (turns off if you open the door to the balcony), safe, a wardrobe with hangers, some rooms have armchairs, mine had a soft stool, a refrigerator with juice, mineral water and just water, this is included in the price that you have already paid, but this supply is not replenished further. There is a hanger on the balcony for drying things. The lock to the room is electronic, key card, press the red button if you do not want the room to be cleaned or the green button to clean it.

You connect Wi-Fi at the reception (there is a password on the counter) or in the room and it is always available almost everywhere in the hotel, the quality is normal.
Beautiful elevators. On the fourth floor of the second building, if you go up the stairs, there is a gym.
Next to the dining room there are steps down, there is a free Turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool.
Those who have ultra all-inclusive (black bracelet) at the bars can order cocktails from the price list, this is already included for you.
There are water slides, not very high, but you can ride them, there is a small one for children, the water is cleaned.
There are no questions about the restaurant, a huge selection of food, very tasty. There is pizza. Good cooks and all the staff in the restaurant. Special thanks to the chef, an older man with glasses, clearly a professional. There are a lot of different fruits, watermelons and melon, but the melon was not tasty, with watermelon - depending on your luck. A huge number of cakes. Alcohol of normal quality: beer, vodka, Turkish rakia, whiskey, red wine, white wine, etc.
The sea is good, although it is often cloudy, there are waves, but in the morning the sea is clearer, cleaner and calmer. There were always enough sun loungers and umbrellas.
If this is your first time on this beach, then follow the people who were with you on the bus with orange towels, as there are many beaches.
I don’t recommend buying from hotel guides; people bought it on the Internet for much cheaper. The only thing is that hotel guides may have tickets to “Legend” at a normal price, since they always take them from them and give them a discount, but check on the Internet. People praised the “Legend”, everyone liked it, just make sure the weather is good and not windy, otherwise the high slides will be closed. I highly do not recommend a free trip to a leather store, and then to a store where the Turks themselves shop, prices there are even higher than near the hotel across the road in Belek City. On this unnecessary and useless trip you will lose 4 hours of your vacation.

Now to the significant disadvantages, and they really exist. If I had known about these disadvantages, I would not have gone to this hotel at all.
1 minus: getting a transfer from the hotel to the sea and back turns into a quest every day. The websites stated that the transfer was every 30 minutes. In fact, this is not at all true. The first flight from the hotel at 9.30 is a little late, considering that breakfast starts at 7.00, and at 10.00 the sun begins to get hot, since it’s a 10-minute drive to the beach, you still need to walk there, in general, around 10.00 you’re just really naked on the beach. Flights every hour. The last departures from the beach are at 17.00 and 18.00, at this time there is no bus, there are cars, more on that below. For two days the flights were cut down and every 1 hour 30 minutes, then more people appeared at the hotel and the time was returned. At 17.00 and 18.
00 people were transported from the beach in two sometimes three cars, imagine how many flights need to be made to pick everyone up, fortunately there were about 30 people on the beach, we had to wait for the next flight of cars (it’s 10 minutes there, a few minutes there and 10 minutes back) minutes, in short, 25 minutes to wait for the next flight, if you are lucky enough to get on it and don’t have to wait any longer) or you had to leave the beach very early to get in line for a passenger car. Several times the bus did not come to the beach at all, we went to call the bartender on the beach to the hotel or whoever had roaming also called. The bus driver lied to the reception, saying that he arrived, but there were no people. As a result, a couple of times they assigned a person from the hotel to supervise the arrival of the bus to the beach.
At the reception every day they promised that the situation would improve and tried to do something, but there were still problems with the transfer; because of this situation, many people did not go to the beach, but sat by the pool. Once I didn’t go from the hotel to the sea in the evening, because there were also passenger cars, and I couldn’t fit into them one by one. The next flight arrived at 17.07 (the general departure is scheduled for 16.30), the drive is 10 minutes, there is still a walk, and back at 18.00 and you need to go in advance to get in line for a car, there was no point in going at all. I decided to go calm my nerves with ice cream, right in front of me they covered the ice cream with a cloth, of which there was still a lot there, and said “FINISH”. I went to the reception and warned that I should write an objective review on the websites. Manager Svetlana personally went to the confectionery shop and brought me ice cream, thank you of course, but such situations should not exist at all.

The managers at the reception said that they would buy their own bus, since apparently they had a hired one, but this would not make it any easier for us, since our vacation takes place in such conditions, perhaps they will still buy a bus and then the situation for vacationers will improve, but I can’t recommend this hotel yet.
2 minus: there is practically nothing on the bar by the sea, it’s rather weak.
3 minus: the stated ice cream at the hotel is served only from 16.00 to 17.00 (the confectionery is open from 16.00 to 19.00) That is, you have one hour a day for ice cream, and you still need to stand in line for it.
4 minus: in all the bars there are only a couple of normal bartenders, the rest are just people who plug up the counter, they don’t know how to do anything at all, they can only pour quality juice, the rest is simply impossible to drink, so I tried to take cocktails from normal bartenders, if I’m lucky with their change and they are behind the counter.
5 minus: in the price list that you are given upon check-in, it is stated that there is a lunch package for those leaving the hotel from 00.00 to 06.00. In my case, check-out from the hotel was at 05.20, that is, exactly the time indicated in the price list. In fact: the manager Svetlana at the reception said that it was not allowed, when I pointed to the price list, she replied that thank you for noticing the error, we will delete it. How do you like it? She suggested that after dinner I go to the dining room again and get myself together, that is, be a little beggar or something...Sorry, but for the declared 4 stars, going and begging is too much, especially since this is stated in the price list of services and paid for (see photo ) Perhaps this is not critical for many, so take care of your lunch box yourself in advance.
6 minus: I came into the room and felt an unpleasant smell, I could not understand either from the sewer hood in the toilet or from the new building materials in the room, but I opened the balcony door, turned on the hood in the bathroom and quickly everything returned to normal, but this happened almost every day.
Bottom line: I can’t recommend this hotel in this form, if these shortcomings are corrected, then yes, the hotel is not bad.
