But nothing, they were satisfied with the rest. We were in Turkey for the third time, there is something to compare with (Sueno, Kremlin). This hotel is ideal for a quiet, relaxed holiday on the beach, for families with small children, for those who do not need entertainment and animation : )) The main thing is to tune in to the positive, not to notice the shortcomings and your vacation will leave pleasant memories! 1) The territory of the hotel is very good. big, beautiful, green. We have not seen this yet. Tall pines grow, near the relax pool the smell is like in a pine forest. Also different palm trees, flowers, orange and tangerine trees. You can easily walk among this beauty along the paths, pushing the stroller with the baby. Turtles live on the territory, they run freely on the lawns among the trees, cause a lot of delight in children! Squirrels, lizards, frogs, snails, swallows were also seen on the seashore. There are cicadas that sing quite loudly, but we stopped noticing their singing for 3-4 days. Our room was near the relax pool, where cicadas live, we slept peacefully, the sounds of their singing did not bother us. 2) The biggest plus, of course, is the sea and the beach. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, you can see small fish. The sand is fine, soft, good for children. Among the neighboring hotels, the beach is the best here. When we arrived, there were no stones on the beach, then the moon began to rise, in the evening the waves became stronger, and small pebbles washed ashore with water, a 20 cm wide strip of pebbles in front of the entrance to the sea turned out. Excellent massage for the legs! 3) The room is also a plus. A little tired. But we had a big one, everything worked, hot water was available, there were Russian channels. At night, the noise of discos was far away from us and did not bother us. For those who lived closer to the sea, the disco got pretty good. 3) I liked the spa salon. There is a Finnish hot sauna, a barely warm Turkish one, a relaxation room with couches near the indoor pool, a massage room, a shower and changing rooms. There is also a bar where you will be offered water or tea. Various paid procedures. For 40 dollars (from the guide) I received: peeling, foam massage, massage with oil and a mud mask on the face. All the procedures were done by a Chinese woman, I especially liked the massage on the terrace in a wicker gazebo overlooking the sea! Beauty and complete relaxation! 4) The staff in the main restaurant. Basically, the Kyrgyz, there are also Turks, pleasant, smiling, smart. Everything is clean, tidy, they constantly clean dirty dishes, sweep, renew clean forks and knives, cover clean tablecloths. Now the cons. Basically, they are about maintenance. 1) When checking in and out, we waited (and not only us) for a porter of things for about 1 hour, then we gained strength and carried our suitcases ourselves. 2) At the reception, very indifferent staff, until you kick, they do not move. When you check in, come up more often and ask about vacant rooms, when they will move in or move out, about breakdowns, etc. Be calm, patient and persistent! But I liked the guest relation Anna from Ukraine, adequate, doing her job well. Anya, hello! 3) Room cleaning and change of towels in different ways, they do a day, they don’t. 4) Animators look creepy, without a uniform, during the day in faded shorts and T-shirts, in the evening in outfits like very inexpensive "night butterflies", they were constantly seen with a couple of cocktails in their hands. Ots work. weakly, or rather, they do everything so that no one notices them. . . The kids club is always dull and sad. In the sea, water aerobics is held by 11 (30 minutes). At 4 o'clock near the main pool of stepaerobics. on the beach they play boc (a game where you have to throw balls on the sand). We had a conflict with one of the animators. Yesterday she allowed the children to play in the boche, but today she doesn’t, because. the animator herself played with the tourist at the expense, and the children interfered with her. When the mothers came up to find out the reason for this behavior, this lady behaved aggressively, was rude, was indignant, and then pretended to be offended and left. Also, this lady in a quiet voice urged everyone on the beach to play volleyball, but I think no one heard her, and therefore did not play. At 9 pm there was a children's disco and that's it. No guest artists, concerts. Disco for adults and lights out at 2 am. I also did not like that the animators eat in a restaurant with tourists. Everything would be fine, but these girls behave freely, cheekily, laugh, make out with a DJ, it seems that they are not at work, but on vacation. 5) Mosquitoes, small flies that bite hard. Even Komarex and other substances do not take them. We were advised to drive them out of the room with fir oil or asterisk balm (remember, it was in Soviet times, now it is found in a pharmacy). We didn't check. But try it! 6) The food is monotonous, the choice is not big. Everything is traditional. Breakfast: milk (edible) porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cereals, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, yogurt, various buns. Dumplings and Turkish pancakes are also fried here. They have honey, jam, etc. Lunch: rice, potatoes, boiled vegetables, pasta, salads, fresh vegetables, often meat, chicken, fruits. Dinner: the same side dish + french fries, liver and chicken are fried on the grill. Sometimes there were fish, beef tongues, turkey, seafood. Didn't like the cake. Basically, these are different things from shortcrust pastry with impregnations, and cut cakes from charlotte-type dough. Fruits: apples, grapes, peaches, watermelons, melons. Be careful with milk, it is powdered, our baby was sprinkled from it. Refrain from juices, they are also powdered. Drink water from bottles. We saw how ordinary water was poured into a boiler on the beach from a hose for watering flowers. There is cola, sprite, beer, white and red wine. We don’t drink this, our neighbors drank, they say, the wine is not very good. 7) Restaurant on the terrace under a large canopy. This is convenient when they fry something, but the downside is that your meal neighbors will be flies, wasps, sometimes sparrows and pigeons. 8) The toilets at the reception and near the main restaurant are creepy, there is water on the floor, the smell is unpleasant, the toilets are dirty, it is better to bypass them. 9) This region is very humid. Things do not dry completely, the bed and towels in the room are damp, the clothes in the closet are also damp. Be careful with air conditioners, due to the amount of humidity + air conditioning, many blew. Disadvantages, tolerable and correctable 1) Drinking water is not supplied to the room. You have to take it yourself. In the main restaurant, at the lobby bar, main and relaxation pools. 2) After 11 pm all drinks are paid. 3) There are not always clean and dry beach towels. 4) Who needs a baby stroller for rent, they were not always available. 5) Cigarette butts and plastic cups often lie on the beach in the morning (although the beach is constantly cleaned). Apparently, this is not a problem of lazy staff, but of the culture of tourists. 6) Most of the tourists are Russians, there are also from the CIS countries. Pts. rare Turks and Germans. Everywhere they speak Russian, the staff too. Often there are performances of drunk Russians at the bar, why they didn’t get a drink or a little pour, etc. Night festivities and loud chants are also common. 7) Dirty dishes often lie on the paths among the trees (although taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited, many people go out with plates full of food, and then throw the plates wherever they want - PIGS in a word) apparently, the staff does not always have time to clean it up. We also saw slates lost by someone on the paths, then a swimsuit, and once on a tree branch lace panties : )) The main rule for tourists who go to this hotel is more positive and their own culture of behavior!
