Fresh from Adora! We are a family, two adults and two children, a daughter is 14 years old, a son is 10 years old. Everything is in order! We went from a teztour, flew on a transaero (Boeing 747) - everything was fine, we were met well, brought to the hotel at about 11.00, we were offered to wait until 12.30. We obediently waited outside in the gazebo and got our room in the bungalow. The first impression of the room is not 5 stars!! ! Maximum 3 stars!! ! I don’t know how and where those people who write rave reviews live, but believe me that the bungalow in Adora is far from a five!! ! Perhaps the hotel itself is different - I don’t know, I haven’t seen it !! ! There are practically no complaints about food! The biggest plus of this hotel is the food! A lot of vegetables, fruits, meat within reasonable limits! Surprised by paid fresh juices? ! Again, not quite right for 5 stars, with a huge amount of penny powdered juice! The animation is so-so, no one remembers, except for a great guy named Baloo, who throughout the day pretended to be anyone to amuse the audience - of course many thanks to him!! ! Children's animation at its best! Especially their boss Anna from Penza! Well done!! ! Staff - sleepy flies, the impression that they are so zaezali, that "white light is not nice. " Probably they pay little or work a lot, maybe both!! ! Such begging for tips, by installing boxes wherever possible, I have not yet seen! At the same time, the service is such that there is absolutely no desire to encourage the staff... The rooms are cleaned sooooo mediocre! Restaurants "a la carte" is generally a laugh - a complete collective farm!! ! Tip - do not sign up, do not waste time, you can eat the same thing in an ordinary mass restaurant! Vacationers at the hotel is a separate story... the central strip of Russia and inner Anatolia, there are never free sunbeds around the pool, but sometimes there are on the beach! Photographers are arrogant and not tactful, and Russian-speaking guest workers from Central Asia are generally a gloom!! ! Spa center sucks!! ! Dirty, lack of any service and the same contingent from Central Asia. In short, gentlemen, a hotel for a solid 3+ stars or 4...
