The Swandor hotel was recommended to us by Pegast representatives as a hotel with good territory, renovated rooms and close to the airport. But ...it turns out to be a lot noooo ...
Let's start with the pros and cons.
1. Friendly representatives of the tour operator Pegast (they will always recommend interesting excursions, get into position, listen and help if they can). Everything was explained honestly and intelligibly about each excursion, while not intrusive.
2. A large green area of ​ ​ the hotel, a large beach, a sufficient number of sunbeds.
3. I really liked the animators from the kids club.
4. The cleaning lady of the room was friendly, but for some reason she was replaced at the end.

In the first days at the restaurant, I really liked the waiter, he served us near the table opposite the table with Turkish tea, we even thanked him with a tip. But then he was transferred to a restaurant by the beach, which was open for dinner to relieve the main restaurant.

I liked the cafeteria-confectionery, which was located between the residential buildings and worked from 15.00 to 18.00, where you could sit and drink any grain coffee (cappuccino, latte, amerikin, Turkish coffee), lemonade, eat desserts, ice cream (which, by the way, is tastier than on the beach ).
7. The hotel is located not far between Antalya and Belek, so we quickly took a taxi to the Land of Lagend. I advise everyone to go to this park, everything is done at the highest level, you will have to stand in lines, but it's worth it. We arrived from there satisfied and happy because everything is pleasing to the eye.
And now about the cons of the hotel:
1. The hotel is full of people, the influx is just tin.
One morning, when we got to the restaurant not as usual at 8.00, but at 9.00, we were shocked.
2. The restaurant, despite the variety and abundance of food, has its drawbacks:
- in the restaurant there were a huge number of flies that land on food.
- many types of fruits were exhibited unripe (nectarines, apricots, plums, pears), and all fruits and vegetables were grown industrially (there are no natural fruits such as summer cottages), strawberries were given for the first two or three days, then it was not.
- from seafood only dorado and sea bass in turn, for those who are waiting for a variety of seafood and shrimp - they are not.
- there are always only 3 types of soup, and their porridge is just some kind of liquid milky substance with rice and buckwheat boiled to a state of mucus. My child did not eat this and refused to eat, although he loves porridge.

- Turkish baklava is tasteless, yes it may be juicy, yes it may be sweet, but tasteless, vegetable oil is used instead of melted butter.
Previously, in other hotels, I ate baklava directly, very tasty and made from quality products.


- there are no themed dinners, festive weekend dinners or others in the restaurant, there are no beautiful serving, serving and decorations either. I just came and walked through the queues, sat down and ate everything. Sometimes you have to look for a place in a restaurant.

4. Both men and women often smoke by the pool and on the beach, sometimes it was difficult to lie down and sunbathe because of this - it’s as if it’s incorrect to make a remark to them - there are no signs banning smoking by the pools.

Nowhere is it mentioned that the indoor pool is closed during the pandemic, the kids club is open by the hour and only in the open area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the playground, they don’t feed inside the kids club, that is, it’s acceptable to leave the child and you won’t be able to leave, he only works for 2 hours.
6. In general, the hotel does not shine with cleanliness, I will not say that everything is neat, everything is solid and everything is cleaned to a shine.
For people who care about the cleanliness of the bed, towels, dishes, washed cleaned baseboards, railings, door handles - the hotel will be dirty.
7. The hotel has serious problems with the service, and I think this is due to the number of guests. The hotel is very large, there are many residential buildings, a large number of staff is required, and perhaps the owners or managers of the hotel save on qualified personnel, experienced employees, and salaries.
Today they leave because they had a renovation in 2019, but they won’t last long on this either.

I confirm the fact of dishonest attitude to my duties with personal facts. Unfortunately, I had read reviews before that that the money was lost in the safe, that the Gues Relation employees did not look for the lost things, etc. But now I realized that this is the reality of the hotel. That any negative review should be read carefully and if there is, then it is better not to choose this hotel.

Our case: We left an inflatable penguin for swimming during dinner at the main restaurant. A day later, they approached an employee of the restaurant at the entrance to Adina, showed her a photo, she immediately remembered and said that she herself personally took him to Guest Relation (GR) to a young thin guy (as we understood this is Islam, since there are no such guys besides him, they just two). We were delighted by the fact that the penguin was in the safe hands of the hotel staff and ran to the GR.
But here all the most “interesting” began, to say that the most interesting is to say nothing. When we approached them, they immediately explained that the restaurant staff had handed over the penguin to them and showed them a photo.

For some reason, they immediately had round eyes, the girl Nagima began to look, she seemed to run away somewhere, looked, and did not find it. We were told to come in the morning. Well, we don’t suspect anything, we think, okay, we’ll come up, it’s not a problem.
For the child, this thing was important, because he loves to gather around him everything that is connected with penguins and deer.
In the morning, a completely different girl, Faride, was sitting in GR. The previous shift, as we understood, did not convey anything to her. We did not even imagine that it would be extremely difficult for them to give out what they have. When I say "they" I mean - at the hotel. As a guest, I don’t care at all how they are subdivided and work inside.
Faride asked me to come to her at 10.30 o'clock, that before that time she would look and find. Came at 10.30 o'clock - as punctual people. She says that she still cannot find that the shift that took the penguin is sleeping will wake up later, etc. , etc. , I also provided her with a photo of the penguin. I asked to be thrown into the hotel chats where GR employees are sitting, maybe they will remember (to be honest, I don’t understand how you can not remember what you are taking).
Later, she tells us that a penguin was found, that the employee who received him new did not know that he had to keep it for 3 days, he blew it off, folded it and most likely took it to the warehouse, he will come at 16.00 and already at 16.30 they will give us it . Contact the guy Islam.
We told her that we were leaving the hotel at 19.50, we had a flight home. She assured us that everything would be sorted out before we left.

We arrive at 16.30, Islam says that the penguin was not found, it is not. Moreover, in such a tone, already aggressive, like why do we need your penguin. We didn’t understand this attitude at all, they themselves are playing football for the second day, they took the penguin themselves, and they themselves don’t give it away, we are also to blame.
Each GR employee began to turn around as best he could, someone says that they receive a thousand things every day, the warehouse is large, someone says that the penguin was not blown away, they don’t have time for this, someone says it was blown away, the warehouse is on -1 floor, then - 3rd floor, then all things are first taken to the office and then to the warehouse, then they have no time for anything.
In the end, I realized that they don’t have any warehouse, just some kind of nook, and they just excuse themselves.
Some of their hotel manager Haluk came, behaved the same way as Islam, began to aggressively talk to the girl Anna about us. He thought that we did not understand Turkish, but we understood everything. It began to arise why we are looking for and asking for a thing that costs 10-50 $.
We never heard a single word of apology from any employee, only accusations. Just not sure what? In that we ask for what fell into their hands?
Dear hotel managers, it was not the penguin, as you understand, but the service of your hotel. Even in huge metropolitan areas and shopping centers, valuables, wallets, phones, etc. were found and brought to us.
Our item was taken by your employees, this fact is confirmed. Under all these circumstances, I would not be surprised that the honest and decent girl Adina will be guilty in the end.
Managers like Haluk are capable of this.
Unfortunately, your hotel has unscrupulous employees who are irresponsible about their work. Because the penguin, found by a hotel employee and handed over to GR, you could not give out to the owner!
