If you do not want to spoil the impression of a holiday in Turkey, then I recommend paying a couple of thousand more and taking another hotel. this one was bought as 4 * all inclusive from 05/28/2013 to 06/04/2013. in fact, everything that was declared was not found (and it’s hard to call it a triple). there was no shampoo (etc. ) in the room, they gave dirty towels to the beach (they were forced to buy new ones to go to the beach), in the room if they swept it once, it’s good (I’m silent about wet cleaning, but the bed was made properly and the tips were also taken regularly), there is no animation, the beach is yours, but you are afraid to take an extra step on it (one tourist injured her hand on it, the picture showed that there was a crack), and what attitude to her then was it just something then with something. she had a transfer to the airport at about 16 o’clock, the room needs to be vacated before 12. the hotel guide agreed that she would be left until the very departure (because she was injured on the territory of the hotel) and accordingly fed lunch (tea, coffee, drinks, etc. d. ) but in fact, as dinner came, she went with a plate to pour. and the attendants ran into her (in the truest sense of the word) took away the plate, they didn’t even let her drink water until she called the hotel guide (the guide came and sorted everything out) in general, we saw enough of the service. the territory is not well-groomed, all in weeds. now a little about the room: there is a refrigerator (you open it, it stinks PPC, like it’s still half the trouble all 7 days that we were there, I asked every day that it be repaired), sheets and bedspreads are white in some spots, there is no balcony (just a window in the form of a door, you open it and immediately run into the "balcony"), since you didn’t use the air conditioner (it was pretty cool at night), I don’t know if it worked or not, now about the shower: a full person can’t fit there to even wash their feet, the sewerage is clogged with water it lowers very badly (she also asked to clean it all 7 days and all to no avail) the TV has one Russian channel working and it’s all goosebumps, you’ll understand what’s happening on the screen (we listened to it), the hair dryer was in working condition, there is no safe (available at the reception for 3 bucks a day), now about the bar: it works strictly until 22.00. a choice of beer, white, red dry wines and local vodka, two yuppie juices, tea, coffee, water and gas local bottling water (something like fanta, cola and sprite) that's all (if you want something another go to the city) they do not sell there. now about nutrition: all 7 days we ate chicken, pasta, potatoes, rice, some cutlets of unknown origin, a lot of different greens and cucumbers with tomatoes (all this in different variations) sometimes salads (from what we say we didn’t eat for breakfast) for dessert, some type of cake (it’s not possible to eat them) and pudding with cocoa or cream, apples or oranges, for the first stew (they don’t make soups, borscht, but it’s impossible to eat stews) that’s the whole range. the pool on the street is in principle clean, but after 19.00 it is forbidden to swim in it. There is no gym. sauna, Turkish bath for a fee, no minigolf (all this was announced to us and everything is free. One joy Wi-Fi was as stated. Of course, you decide where to go to relax.
