As a result, already in Antalya, I walked around the Liman district and looked for a great option for myself.
The Zel Hotel 3 * is located almost by the sea, next to the Porto Bello 5 * hotel. Konyalti beach is a minute walk plus cross the road. Beautiful place, very quiet and green street.
The hotel area is small but well organized. 5 floors, elevator. There are places to relax both outside (swings, soft and wicker chairs, a pool bar) and inside (near the reception hall with new comfortable chairs and sofas and a large TV panel, a bar, a billiard table).
Swimming pool for adults, separate for kids, clean with pleasant cool water. I have not seen new sun loungers in hotels for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised - sun loungers, mattresses are new, comfortable. Umbrellas, changing rooms, showers.
The hotel has been completely renovated, new decoration both outside and inside. Double-glazed windows, new furniture, new plumbing.
The standard room has 2 beds, a table, bedside tables, a mirror, a full paid bar, a flat-screen TV on the wall, a wardrobe with a lot of hangers. Linen and towels are white and clean. Slippers, a sponge for shoes, ear sticks, a set of thread-needles, a bottle opener, glasses are included, in the bathroom there is a good gel for washing Jonsons hair and body, white toilet paper. The room is small but cozy. The bathroom is also small with a shower cabin. There is a hair dryer. Hot water with normal pressure constantly throughout the day. The air conditioner in the room is silent, very powerful, with a remote control. The electricity was never turned off. Wifi is free.
The staff is polite, speaks English, tries very hard to create an atmosphere of comfort. Cleaned up every day. Safe only at the reception, $2 per day. You can exchange currency almost at the official rate.
All rooms with direct or side sea view, have balconies with two chairs. Around a lot of greenery and quiet.
In terms of nutrition - I had breakfasts, but there is a breakfast-lunch. For breakfast, everything was very fresh - 2 types of sausage are not soy, but meat. 3-4 types of cheese, boiled eggs, cereal with milk. Several types of dried fruits
(dried apricots, figs). Jams, chocolate cream, butter, fruit and rose petal jam, honey - in plastic packaging and in jars. Olives of several types in different sauces. Various Turkish greens, cucumbers, tomatoes. Melons are sweet. The bread is whiter and tastier. Tea in the form of tea leaves, coffee is also ready. Dishes are clean. Breakfast is served by the pool in the shade, cleaned instantly. There are few guests. There is a large restaurant on the sixth floor under a transparent ceiling.
City hotel, so animation is out of the question. Foreigners stop, I saw only one Russian couple. Since everything was new and everything worked, there were no domestic problems during the stay.
Other issues were resolved immediately. For example, how and where to get to, where and what is located, how to get to the airport by bus.
Accommodation cost me forty dollars a day with breakfast, with breakfast and lunch, sixty dollars per person with a single settlement.
Nearby and on the neighboring streets are full of shops, cafes, a five-ten minute walk is a large fruit and vegetable market on Tuesdays. Nearby is a beautiful square with colored fountains. There is a lot of transport and it goes often - to the old city numbers 06 and 08 every 2-7 minutes (20-30 minutes to go), to the airport 600A every two hours (about 40 minutes to go).
In my opinion, this hotel is a good combination of a city hotel with a hotel for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Bad service! a terrible manager at the hotel, and the managers are still those fruits. As soon as I didn’t come to spend the night, my singl was handed over to other guests ! ! And in the morning, when it was discovered, everyone just clapped their eyes... How much I rest, this has never happened ! ! therefore, I advise you to choose another hotel!.

The two of them rested. The room is cozy, clean, the food is good, the attitude of the staff is good. The sea is clean and close. In general, we liked it. Not bad for a 3*.
