I have never written a review in my life. Last year I wanted to write a positive review about the Tui Blue Palm Hotel, but as always after a vacation, I didn’t have time to work, now I’m sorry. But about the Titanic Mardan Palace decided not to postpone! For the first time in 20 years of traveling such a deep disappointment!
The hotel has many disadvantages, but the main disadvantage is the sea! We have never seen such a dirty sea anywhere! We go to the sea 2-3 times a year, but I don’t compare the water quality with the Maldives, Sardinia or Cyprus, we have been to Turkey more than 10 times and we have not seen such a swamp in any of the places (Mediterranean and Aegean). The sea at Mardan is the sewers of Cambodia! Not a joke! Standing in a calm near the shore "knee-deep" you do not see your legs! The husband and children swim with masks, they love to look for shells, pebbles, and here through the mask you cannot see your hands.
We think that the river behind the hotel fence is to blame, it brings all the dirt, garbage and sewage of the city to the beach, see photo.
The water is cloudy (not from sand), as if cement or milk was added to it, with black flakes of river silt and smells of mud. Real swamp! In the last days of our stay, every two hours a man with a huge sap collected mud in shallow water, he could hardly drag it along with him (see photo)! Swimming in such a sea will definitely not add health!
Having assessed the “reservoir”, on the second day we asked TEZ-Tour to change the hotel for us, they thought for a week and after our 3 calls to the “Hot Line” they offered “budget fives” (quote) and old Rixos with our surcharge of 2500-3000 euros (for a week)!! ! ! ! ! But Rixos already costs 2500-3000 euros for a week, and even with a flight from Moscow ! ! ! ! ! As a result, for our own money, by taxi, we went to the city beach “Lara beach”, especially good number 4 (taxi $ 10, sunbed $ 10, food and water for a fee, you can’t bring it with you), but the water is impeccably clean! “We had a great all-inclusive trip” to Titanic Mardan Palace, after breakfast, we left for a paid beach and returned for dinner! ! !
The hotel staff also swim at Lara beach, behind the hotel fence, there is a free city beach, but the locals do not go there. Old-timers of the hotel say that there has always been such water here!

The beach is dirty. The sand is not sifted! The remains of white sand are not poured, even from the volleyball court, they moved it into a corner ......for sale, probably)))).
The territory is bare, there is no greenery at all. Go to the sea 800-1000 m under the sun on concrete!
Rooms: Bathroom, behind a glass wall and the same door. All without locks and latches. The faucets fell off, the drain in the shower could not cope and the water, seeping through the glass wall, rolled up to the toilet in a wave!
Cleaning - formal, wet is absent, who with small children think a hundred times, there is centuries-old dust under the sofa.
Evening animation - the same type of dance programs with elements of aerobics (all 13 days), children's animators are not visible at all, they sit in the house and guard the children who have come! The children were there for 2 hours and asked not to take them to the "orphanage" anymore!
The hotel is not family friendly at all. It is suitable for couples who prefer to relax by the pool with cocktails, champagne…… and selfies for instagram! And definitely not worth the money they want for it! For the first time in my life, I did not throw a coin into the sea to return!
