This is an apartment system that did not sell and was converted into a hotel. Those who often vacation in Europe know that each condominium has its own pool in the yard, a small playground and sometimes a gym. So this is where you take it all away. And nothing more. There is no hotel area! Outside the hotel there is a clear field on both sides, and to the right of the hotel there is the same condominium (in which you can rent an apartment many times cheaper). The entrance group is like that of ordinary entrances. You will not even meet the clock at the reception, because why...
So, we arrived at 6 am and at 6.30 were at the hotel. The tour operator KORAL and SANMAR announced the ultra system. But!! ! She is not. The hotel is only all-inclusive (and this is also only a partial truth). No one offered us breakfast, even elementary water, we waited until 7.30 until the canteen was opened. But I'm with a child up to a year !! ! Things were scattered in the hall. We never saw the luggage room. They asked to check in earlier - but for no money it was not possible.

Beach. It was promised that he was 0.7-1 km from the hotel. This is the distance I would go. But it's not. Even from the extreme point, you will not see the sea and you may not dream of reaching it. Approximately 2.5 km, or even more. Everything is blocked by first line hotels. You need to take a bus to the beach, which is always full and does not always come. According to the schedule, it moves every half an hour (photo of the schedule in the comments). I didn’t ride the bus for 8 years and was shocked that other people’s circles were stacked on me, all the seats were wet and other delights of public transport...
In fact the hotel is on the 3rd or further line. And you will pass by the dumpsters of other hotels by bus and as a result you will be brought to a modest beach (there is no photo with ceilings and a lounge area). The worst beach I've been to: coarse sand, full of cigarette butts (the youngest daughter and I sanitized the beach ourselves), the stench of the backwater being dug near the beach, stretched awnings to cover this shame... in short, a nightmare !! ! Towels for the beach you have to drag from the hotel on yourself. As well as a stroller, since there are no conditions for a stroller on the beach...
We were checked into the hotel at 13.00 after my hysteria began. When asked to carry the luggage, they answered that "there are no boys, take it yourself. Food. . . There is nothing to feed the children. In a dining room, a restaurant, it won’t turn out to be called a language, because even the hood does not work and you will smell like food endlessly) for a one-year-old child, you won’t find anything other than canned mashed potatoes - potatoes with carrots, cookies and vegetables. It was also problematic to feed the older child, because we don’t eat fries, and the meat was always in hot sauces, or terribly fried. In Turkey, they told me they usually cook perfectly. It's not here guys. Unless you're being picky at all. Oak fruits. Sweets through 5 positions of norms. Good vegetables, egg, bakery. Alcohol: all local, from 10 to 22. There is no ultra. You won't even find water at night.
Traveled with mom. She had a terrible lasagna poisoning on the 7th day. Up to temperature. More than vegetables and fruits, we did not eat anything at the hotel.

Cleaning. Firstly, 3 towels per person!! ! There should be 5 in 5!! ! There is no iron in the hotel even for money!! ! And we personally did not do the cleaning for 3 days. I asked 2 of them to come, but it never happened... The garbage was simply put out on the stairway. But no one is ashamed, he stood there from 18.00 to 9 am the next day. After the application for cleaning, a boy came, there was a mother in the room with a temperature and terrible pain, in her words "sprayed chemicals everywhere, rubbed it in the middle of the floor" and left. Towels, sink, toilet bowl, etc. did not touch. Apparently scared. Although I asked and explained that I have children and so on. In short, she washed the floor herself with their own towel.
Expressed all the administration. They were genuinely trying to do something. But this is impossible!! ! They sent us to a la carte (they have it for a fee). It would be better if they didn't. An Italian restaurant is even worse than a canteen. Sofas, as in the 90s in all the kitchens of the country, artificial flowers, a waiter who will stand and breathe into your plate, which will contain overdried fish and miserable sandwiches... only pasta is edible and only for adults. The children were hungry and angry, and since we did not have dinner in the city in advance, we had to feed them Brussels sprouts in the dining room.
The water park is awesome. New. But he is too old for us and there is a rotovirus. Animation seen only in the evening. The shows are great and so is the stage.
In general, I'm disappointed. In fact, for the first time in my life, I was in a top three, where everything is dirty, dull and with an attempt to cover up shame.
