I asked directly at the reception desk to change... they searched for a long time, thought, but 20 dollars did their job. Immediately changed to the 4th floor. But!! ! Further, the hotel has 3 accommodation zones. We were settled in the farthest. To get out of the room to the pool, you had to walk for 5 minutes along the corridors, take the elevator and go again... More than 3 hours everything was in place!! ! Let's go swimming . . we were gone for 20 minutes. We returned - all personal belongings are in place, there are no towels !!! ! the option of an error, a child who accidentally took 4 (four!!! ) towels, etc. is excluded. All personal items were in place.
Contacted the hotel guide. to hotel assistants to tourists. at the reception Hands up everywhere. We don't know anything. There are no cameras anywhere! this almost never happens here, and so on. At the reception with a smile they said that all 4 cards from towels would have to be returned. if not - for each card 10 euros. And there is nothing more they can do. . .
Well, of course, I found a way to return the towels. through the issuing booth. Not taking away from anyone... but !! ! I had to figure it out!!!
Found those tourists who rested next to us. talked. with some. with others. with thirds.
