This is some kind of star, not a hotel. You can go here if you have never been abroad, and you have no special requirements, you are VERY unpretentious and will turn a blind eye to any shortcomings and conflicts. I must say right away: we are from St. Petersburg, in Turkey for the 6th time, we always go to different fives (not Rixos, etc. ). Russians in the hotel meet a rarity, if there is, then most likely not Moscow and St. Petersburg. 90% percent are Ukrainians, there are Kazakhs and literally a couple of Turks / German Turks. Please read my entire review carefully and draw your own conclusions.
Pros:
- clean warm sea (but this is not the merit of the hotel)
- good EFES beer
Minuses:

- At 8:10 in the morning ALL sunbeds are occupied, the beach opens at 8:00 (before this time the descent is at the castle). People sit on small tables that stand between the sunbeds. Three people / five people put their things there. They take mattresses from sunbeds, which you also can’t just take, put them on wooden flooring, stones, around refrigerators, in order to at least sit somewhere! How do you like it: go down the stairs to the beach, understand that there is nowhere to lie down and go up again? IT'S AT 8 AM!!!!
- The “caretaker” on the beach walks back and forth, he’s not even a lifeguard, he just hangs around, starts yelling if you decide to drag a sunbed from somewhere. We had a conflict situation: he started pushing (!!! ) when we wanted to take a sunbed. As a result, we went to the reception to call the hotel manager and write a complaint, and we were told that he would never come, because he did not care what and who did not like here. Remember: you will never see the manager. My advice: contact your representative (Aneks, thank you for being you), and the company begins to put pressure on the administration. Just being indignant and saying something to the hotel staff is USELESS. Only complaints in writing.
- The descent to the sea (stairs) was made through one place, it could have been designed normally (if you are not friends with a physical swarm, you will crawl on the sea for 3 years with shortness of breath; there is an elevator, but up to it and down after it is still on foot) . In the morning it is still tolerable, but in the heat (+43 degrees) anyone will die.
- One day at 8 in the morning we found that on the stairs on the pontoon, which leads to the sea, there is NO ONE STEP, you have to take a big step to go down. They told the “caretaker” about this, they attached it to some snot (they didn’t weld it! ), after half an hour the STEP FALLED AGAIN !! ! The next day, ANOTHER STEP failed.
- There is no bar on the beach, you need to go back up the elevator to take something, then go down with it and then up the stairs.
- In general, the staff is unfriendly, unfriendly. The maids in the corridor do not greet, no one is eager to solve your problems.

- We had a room with 1 large bed + side bed. The attached one is in fact a cot, from which one of our family fell : )) We asked for a replacement in good English, and they replaced it, thank God. But when we left the room, the first thing the maid came running and changed back to a folding bed. Your comfort in Adonis is of no interest to anyone.
- The staff speaks VERY POOR Russian, even at the reception! Their set of words "beer, juice, towel" and so on. I speak 4 languages ​ ​ so everything was great, but if you don't speak English and you really need to ask something, it will be very difficult to solve some problem. By the way, they speak English very badly, but the Russian language is generally a disaster.
- In the restaurant, drinks must be taken at the bar (it is at the end of the restaurant). In principle, not a problem, but during dinner a huge queue is built: there are 1-2 bartenders, and they are not in a hurry. There are few tables in the restaurant, and many sit in the CORRIDOR AT THE LADDER. From there it is really inconvenient to drag coffee through the entire restaurant and then to your place. The restaurant is like a canteen. People who write laudatory reviews, you apparently didn’t have lunch in the corridor)) There are no places already at 19:20, if that. There are those people who stand with their plate above you (or even put it on the table) so that you finish your meal faster and make room for them.
- If you had dinner at 19:00, and at 19:40-20:00 you wanted to drink coffee or something else in the bar, you can do it. The only bar by the pool is open from 20:30, the bartender comes to it from the restaurant. We came earlier, but there was nowhere to sit. All the tables by the pool are sticky, there are cups on them, the floor is sticky, no one cleans it. We were looking for napkins (they are not at the tables) TO CLEAN THE TABLE. Maybe the guests in general should clean their rooms and wash the floors in the lobby? The bartender wiped empty tables very badly (for appearances), but if you sat down at a dirty table, then he didn’t seem to notice you.

- Very often there were not enough cutlery on the table in the restaurant. That is, there was one fork in the envelope, but no knife. It means that someone took a knife from there, and you did not change the instruments. Really? During covid, hello!
- It's going to be fun, are you ready? We go in the elevator, press the 9th floor. We get out of the elevator, go to the room, put the card, everything works, and we understand that this is the 7th floor!! ! WE ACCIDENTALLY OPENED ANOTHER NUMBER WITH OUR CARD. THAT IS A CARD OPENS ANY NUMBER????
- For food: usually chicken / turkey, rice, potatoes, pasta. I can’t say that everything is amazingly tasty, but at least they didn’t poison it, thank God. There is nothing for breakfast: an omelet is made once a week, pancakes are also made once, there is no cottage cheese, sugary yoghurts are terrible. There are no juices in the usual sense, these are some kind of diluted lemonades, some are just water. Desserts are absolutely the same and tasteless. From fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, oranges, apples, plums. Watermelon was very often WHITE. There is nothing for a couple, there is no healthy food in sight. The hotel is not for children, but in rare exceptions they are here. What do you feed them? There is not much for adults here.
- PAID ICE CREAM (seriously? )
- Wifi: hug and cry. Works only in the lobby, you can send a message / go to inst hours at 6-7-8 in the morning (then the Internet dies for the whole day). Do not even dream about video calling, viewing stories on Instagram. Buy Internet in the top five in 2021: seriously?
- Elevators in the hotel: the joke is still the same. You can wait 10 minutes, you need to run from one elevator to another (there are 4 of them), it will stop on EVERY floor (there are 10 of them + lobby, restaurant, spa).
- THERE IS NO CONDITION ANYWHERE EXCEPT THE ROOM. The restaurant is hot, the elevator is hot, the lobby is hot. Drenched in sweat.

- Those who write that there is animation here, are you talking about the music from the column on the beach? That's all! The music is predominantly Turkish, which zadolbala in the region. It is impossible to listen to this for 10 days from morning to evening. I don't understand what the youth are doing here. NO ANIMATION AT ALL.
- WEDDINGS! Look, I don't even know how to comment on this. We had 3 weddings in a row during our stay. The territory is tiny, so they block the territory near the pool and the sea, and we all stand on top and look through the bars. Who cares about other people's weddings, seriously? Ok, you can look once, but 3 days in a row? Music from the speakers screams until one in the morning. The manager says that he doesn't care what the tourists are unhappy about, like we pay pennies, and weddings are a good income. Guests walk all over the territory, and you seem to not rest here at all. All that is available to you is 1 bar with a limited number of tables. They start preparing for weddings at 4:30 pm, set up tables, and it's already uncomfortable. You can swim in the pool until 7 pm. The beach closes at 8pm.
- ONE socket in the room (the second one didn't work). We are 3 people, each with 2 gadgets. Great))) There is no socket in the bathroom, so forget about your curling irons and razors.
- The air conditioner does not have a remote control, only 1 mode (+16 degrees), at night you can die from the cold.

Secondly, yes, there may be no variety in food, chic rooms, but what about simple sanitary standards? Whatever the hotel is, they must wipe the tables, lay out the appliances, change the bed linen (it has not been changed even once in 10 days). In general, in this hotel everyone wanted to sneeze on you. We took excursions so as not to sit there.
