I appeared in the hotel, thanks to such a transfer at one in the morning, respectively, hungry and tired... then I’ll tell you how we were settled in the room my friend flew in earlier because from another city, but also with a flight delay and she was given a single room with one bed, but nothing like that for a minute that the voucher indicated two same-sex people and we didn’t even pay for a family room, the next day we went to demand a double room, after spending several hours in the hotel lobby with the hotel staff moved us in half, they don’t know the Russian language and there are no Russian-speaking Turks at all, but the employees of the travel company can never solve anything, then why are you there ??????!!!!! ! the problems don’t end there, the fact is that the beach is far from the hotel and there is no beach at the hotel... the beach is city and everything is paid there, including the toilet, the most interesting thing is that the hotel guide insists that tourists pay for sunbeds in the hotel 1 piece two dollars, but no one warns that two dollars costs either one sunbed or one umbrella... (so we got one sunbed and one umbrella for $ 4 and we took turns resting on it) but you have the option to pay for another sunbed already on the beach, also for 2 a dollar, or maybe more, it's already agreed.
