Rested with my husband for the first time in Turkey. I must say right away: it doesn’t smell like the declared 5 stars)), solid 4. The hotel is new, but the furniture by the pool, on the beach is dirty, old. The towels that are given out for the beach are terrible, there were holes in half a towel. The rooms are clean, small, cleaned every day, the bed was not changed even once in a week, only towels, the floor was not washed even once!
Food - don't count on seafood, they don't exist at all, the breakfast is meager, the most choice is in the evening, but I warn you - all the food is specific, for an amateur. Alcohol is terrible, no, only beer more or less, they don’t give any snacks for beer, in any of the declared bars. They never went to the bar-lobby (it was closed for the campaign), as well as the indoor pool, they also did not see it.
The animation is monotonous, I learned every contest and songs in a week! One salvation was a trip for 5 lira by bus to Alanya, of course it is interesting there, markets, shops, etc. In general, talking with people, we realized that in Alanya it was possible to go to a 3-star hotel with the same service and conditions as in Sunstar. I will not be back again, we will look for something better.
