This hotel was recommended to us, which is why we chose it. The check-in went, in principle, normally, but when we arrived, they gave us, not what we wanted and not what we bought. The room we stayed in was small and didn't have a balcony. The next day we changed the room. The girls at the reception did not even know that they have rooms without a balcony and there were 2 of them in the whole hotel. In the room where we were moved, everything was already fine there. The hotel is brand new, opened in 2017. On the territory there were 5 swimming pools, water polo, football field, water park, 7 bars. The territory itself is not big, but everything was thought out there, everything was enough for us. By bus, 7 minutes to go to shops, shopping center. A very bad guide, from our tour operator "Intourist", many complained about him, and on the "vacation" they wrote about this person. She, in fact, did not communicate with anyone, and directly said “if you didn’t buy a tour from me, I have nothing more to talk about with you” and left. Many complaints were written about her in the "Intourist", but everything in the hotel was good.
