After a night flight, we waited at the hotel for about half an hour to confirm our reservation (did our tour operator do this?! ). We then waited an hour for the room to be cleaned. Having entered the room, we did not notice that it was being cleaned (and there was not a single cleaning during the week of our stay).
Terrible shower, mold, dirty tiles, stained washbasin. The toilet and the cistern generally feel just put on the floor, not screwed on. The balcony is dirty.
The air conditioner doesn't work.
We were already at the end of the season and it was cold to sleep under the covers. Blankets were not offered to us. The towels had yellow stains and stains.
