The hotel does not live up to its 5 stars. There was no animation for children (although it is included in the price). The hotel looks beautiful, but it needs renovation. Everything in the rooms is old and not cleaned; in our room the reptile was torn and covered in blood. Every day the staff cleaned, only in the corridor (the food was varied for 3 days, then everything worsened. There is little choice of food for children (there are no soups), only their Turkish ones. At the bars, both juices and alcohol are all diluted. At the promised Ottoman dinner, we ended up refused, the reason for the hotel's closure. Why doesn't the tour operator warn about this?
