1) Meeting at the reception - impeccable. Immediately upon arrival, we received a room (at 10 am), it did not suit us a bit - there was no balcony - to which we were promised to be relocated tomorrow, since "we understood your problem. " Honestly, I did not think that the promise would be kept, but! One floor below and with a balcony, the same building A, a room above the hotel shops (1239): quiet, the sun does not torment, an indirect view of the sea.
Also, all problems (with electricity or a door) are instantly (! ) Solved by Dzhem-bey or his employees. Then they call the room and ask if everything is ok.
2) The porter boys are not beggars, which is rare these days. With or without a tip, they will happily greet and offer assistance throughout your stay.
3) Number. The same size as everywhere else (I'm talking about standard rooms). The only thing is a very, very small bathroom in rooms for two, but in 2 + 1 there is more, but, in principle, I don’t care about the area of u200bu200bthe room: firstly, like many, I don’t sit in it all day, and secondly , we do not have mansions at home to get out.
The repair is good, the design of the rooms is interesting, the appliances work. Of the "frills" of the architecture of the building, such oblong rollers on the stairwells amused me the most - so that tall tourists do not bruise their foreheads)) I guess it was invented after the incident; ))
4) Cleaning. Everything is great! Everything was on time, always a full range of mini-bars, washed thoroughly, even the screen glass in the bathroom was polished every day from stains. There were no thefts, although the safe was not used, the figures from towels were twisted regardless of the tip.
5) Restaurant. The food is good, everything is delicious, the meat is ALWAYS different, in different types of cooking. Most of all I liked fried lamb in a cauldron, divided into small fibers (prepared for dinner on the street). IMHO, desserts are tight: for lunch, only national cookies in sugar syrup and porridge pudding. But! You can replace it with fruit. Yes, there were no strawberries, but this is not a tragedy! There were very tasty oranges, etc.
6) Bar. The only complaint is that they don’t pour a double, but this is already my knocking out))
7) Territory. Small - everyone knows this, but really - well-arranged, everything is nearby, everything is at hand; Really, that's a big plus!
8) Beach. I must say right away - the best among neighboring hotels. I personally rested in the nearby Serap Su and Arancia - it is generally impossible to go into the sea there because of the sharp boulders that change places during the night from the excitement of the water, which cannot be said about Insula beach. Of course, not sand, but the water is so clean! During our stay, the hotel was almost completely full, but there were no problems with sunbeds, you could always go to the “beach administrator”, who would definitely find you a sunbed and give you a mattress. I have never swum in the pool: I don’t understand why go to the sea, if you can sit in bleach and at home. Slides work, children and adults, squealing, ride from them. Beach towels can be exchanged for clean ones at 6 pm.
9) Animation. There is an ambivalent opinion here (I can imagine how many screams and kicks will now fall in my direction). The guys are great smart people and well done, they say correctly: talented people are talented in everything. The whole program during the day is an incredible work of people who make our vacation unforgettable. Impeccable posture of Maki at any time of the day is the way of life and work of ALL animators. A lot of good words were said towards the guys - I support !! ! But there is always But. . . it's evening shows. All animators are wonderful dancers, just great masters of movements! But the productions and costumes are far from ideal, not even to match them. People need to rest, there should be more visiting artists. Mini disco is the greatest pleasure and the best show.
