I rested with my wife in early October 2013. I chose a hotel so that it was closer to the center, and so it happened. To the harbor where all the discos are 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The territory is certainly small, but given the proximity to the center, I did not expect anything else. If the hotel is within the city, then a large territory, as I understand it, does not happen. But as already said, this minus is fully compensated by the fact that it is close to the center. We went on foot to the harbor, to discos, to the fortress and went shopping, and we never needed a bus. And everywhere, much further, they took excursions, and there the transport is included and they pick it up and bring it directly to the hotel.
Contingent and staff.
The hotel is cozy, everything around is clean, tidy and without any frills. Imprisoned for Europeans (Germans, Scandinavians, Balts), but ours are also found. The staff is very polite and helpful, although they have problems with Russian, but they are very quick-witted and my poor English was enough.
Were we welcomed as family? and tried to please everyone. He left a tip, but did not indulge much.
Nutrition.
There are no issues with food either. Food for every taste. Fruits, drinks are also a complete variety. The beach has a bar and drinks on the level. In 2012, I rested in Belek in a 5-star hotel, so in the Monart four, the food was much better, so believe the stars after that. In my opinion, these stars are handed out only for the territory and size of the hotel, which in my case is not an argument.
Beach.
The beach across the road is sandy, but immediately before entering the sea it turns into medium-sized pebbles. The entrance to the sea was cut artificially, that is, it is stony in life, but a large wide piece was cut like a knife for a convenient entry into the sea. This entrance is wide enough for everyone. There were no problems with sunbeds either. We were also lucky with the weather in October. The water is clean (better than in Belek). The fortress is visible from the beach and when it is illuminated in the evening, it is very beautiful.
A couple of times we went to Cleopatra Beach IMHO the eighth wonder of the world, we really liked it.
Animation and entertainment.
Animation at the hotel is a solid Ein Zwein Drain, which is not surprising. In principle, we somehow didn’t care, since there are 15 cool disco bars near the harbor. At night we were in Robin Hood (highly recommend), but during the day we climbed around the fortress, the harbor, shopping and thanks to Osman for the cool excursions we didn’t get bored. We took hammam, ATVs, jeep safari, yacht, Green Canyon. Everything is great, and the jeep safari is the bomb. Thanks to the guide Mustafa, it was fun. I had heard about Osman from colleagues before and without difficulty found VKontakte and walked to his office.
