Отвратительный отель! Disgusting hotel!

We lived in this establishment for 2 weeks. To say you ruined your vacation is an understatement! They checked in on time, but the room: the air conditioner does not work, the hair dryer, which is disgusting to pick up because of its greasyness, barely pulls, there is no safe at all, Wi-Fi feels like it works according to mood - it works for a day, two does not. Entrance doors and wardrobes are broken, one bed is swaying due to a broken leg, balcony doors do not close. Employees pretend that they do not understand anything in Russian and smile at your problems. At the food point - I don’t even know what to call it (well, it’s definitely not a restaurant or a cafe) on the roof there is simply not enough dishes all the time....Moreover, the employees of this institution can also indicate that you are using the container for other purposes (from this "fuck"). I am completely shocked by this experience. Room cleaning is generally a separate issue - there is a feeling of disgust, dirt everywhere. The conclusion for me: to close this institution, so as not to disgrace the beautiful country of Turkey and the most beautiful corner of Mahmutlar !! !
