1. Due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel not by 2 pm, but by midnight. We were informed that the room was not yet ready (this is from 14 check-in) and it still takes an hour to wait. Patience was tested at the airport and we decided that this hour would not be that fly in the ointment that would spoil our vacation. After an hour, the service staff heard the following: "waited for an hour, wait another 5 minutes" - Can this be called hospitality for our money?!!!!
