I was in this hotel last year and decided to go to this one.
I can say one thing, last year the food was much better. Chicken was given 2 times a day in different forms, as well as fish. This year, chicken was given maybe 5-6 times per season, much less tasty cooked. The fish was worse too.
Of course, no one died of hunger, but still disappointed.
We lived in the main building and constantly sat in the afternoon hours in the lobby for free internet. We heard a lot of screams from disgruntled tourists, which they poured out on representatives of the tour operator. It got ridiculous.
Someone scandalized that they had not changed the sheets for 2!! ! day. Someone gave diluted wine (the wine this time was, of course, complete crap). Someone came with a one-year-old child and was indignant that there was nothing to feed him, there was no children's menu.

Folks, you will use intelligence when choosing a hotel. This is a trifle. Not the most expensive. Quite clean and tidy, with a good beach. Our room was perfectly cleaned (we left a modest tip), there were always fresh towels. We didn’t get the linen dirty (sometimes it’s worth washing your feet before climbing into bed), so I honestly didn’t even count how many times it was changed. But they definitely changed. Vegetables and fruits were in abundance, there were delicious sweet snacks (cookies, cakes). If you do not specifically look for shortcomings, then you can have a great rest in this hotel. Which is exactly what we did. I wouldn't go here with a small child. Or go and take a suitcase of food for him.
This year I noticed difficulties with the settlement, people sometimes waited for a room until 18-00. Last year, this was not the case, but there were fewer people. We gave $ 10 to the passport and settled in 5 minutes even before the start of the check-in (at 11 am). Everyone who decided to save 10 bucks - sat until the evening. Once I saw a scandal, one of those waiting got into a fight with the one who gave money and received the keys.
I understand that it is not good to encourage bribery ; ) but I have limited time on vacation, and sitting in the lobby for half a day on suitcases instead of swimming in the sea is not something I would like to do.
