Everything is very good! While there were some cons, there were many more pros for us. I do not understand past reviews, apparently, people are very picky. Yes, this is not 5 stars, maybe even a little lower than 4, but the price is appropriate, you need to understand where you are going, a hotel for unpretentious tourists. I was surprised by the paid safe, for the first time this, we didn’t take it, at first we carried everything with us, then we talked with the cleaning lady, we always left her a tip, she changed towels for us every day, washed the floor thoroughly, covered the bed with petals, no complaints about her at all. Upon arrival in the refrigerator, plain water, sparkling water and juice, there is shampoo, shower gel, and soap.
Nobody stole anything, they settled in the very well-known room on the 1st floor from the reviews below, but there was no smell of mold and sewerage, there was no desire to change it, they lived the whole vacation perfectly. At night and when they left, they closed the balcony (it is clear that anyone who wants to can climb through it to the 1st floor), and then we dried things there, no one stole. The first impression of the room - clean, comfortable, but cramped. Then we got used to it, we didn’t hang out in it for a long time. Everything worked, both the refrigerator and the air conditioner (maybe people just don’t know that when you leave, everything turns off, then you need to turn on the air conditioner again, the refrigerator on the machine). Beds are not hard, sleep well, pillows are soft. Cicadas are very chirping, but I liked it, it's exotic), you close the balcony door at night - and everything is fine. Everything is in order with the sewerage, the toilet is flushed, the shower does not flow out (the water is delayed, but the three of us managed to wash ourselves and there were no problems).
The tap water is really unusual, brackish, but no one got poisoned, they didn’t notice dirty plates in the dining room. The sea ...it's there with waves, but it's even interesting, the adults swayed, lying on the waves, the child had fun and bounced like on a water slide. The child especially liked the pool, he was ready not to climb out of the slides. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool for everyone. There are too many on the sea, for some reason people hardly swim there, but this is for the best, there is no flea market, dirt and garbage. Everywhere on the territory of the urn, the staff walks and cleans constantly, but there are a lot of people, if you drank a drink, it’s not difficult to throw it away after yourself, right? The most beautiful thing and why I really miss it is breakfasts, lunches and dinners overlooking the sea. The waves that break on an artificial small tower, very beautiful, by the way, are simply mesmerizing. The food is very tasty, monotonous, but it is very pleasant to eat.

There was enough for everyone, there were no battles for food) Our child is small and picky, and even then he never went hungry. Normal buffet, no queues. Tables, yes, do not have time to wipe, there are 1-2 waiters for all tables. I read about it and took wet wipes with me - and the problem was solved. Massage is, of course, a separate issue, I am an experienced traveler, and everywhere massage is offered as a light stroking and muscle squeezing, all my back problems were immediately confirmed to me, but they exist and I know about them. They didn’t offer anything superfluous, everything was in fact, a real therapeutic massage using manual techniques, after a long flight this is what you need. Master professional, name, unfortunately I do not remember. It’s not the first time I’ve been turning to specialists of this profile and I felt that he was doing everything right.
I really liked the location of the hotel in terms of the availability of public transport - you can get to Konakli to a shopping center, you can go to Alanya and take a walk there using Yandex maps, the child and I saw so many "savages", the same cave and cable car that travel agencies offer to visit for much more money) I do not recommend taking Wi-Fi at the hotel, we took a local SIM card, it turned out more profitable and caught well, well, outside the hotel too, which allowed us to walk along Alanya and Konakli. Animation for children in the form of a disco every evening, then for adults. There is a kids club, but mine grew out of it, didn’t want to go, it’s more interesting for him with us. In the pool, water aerobics is held in the morning for adults, there were also belly dances. There were also some competitions and a show program, but at that time I was already preparing the child for bed, so I won’t say at what level they are.
In general, the opinion about the hotel is very positive, we miss and want more, and not only us, there were very few Russians there and we united, talked, discussed - everyone liked everything. I conclude that with what attitude you go - with such your rest will pass.
