Good day to all! We went to Turkey with a girlfriend and 3 children (15.11 and 9 years old). We went on the TezTour TezVariant 5 * promotion (that is, any of the four 5 * hotels with an AI food system - all inclusive) with a clear indication of the region - Antalya !! ! Sitting in the Teztura bus at the Antalya airport and getting the name of the hotel, we realized that this is far from Antalya, but the most Alanya with all its charms, including a 4-hour bus ride to the hotel with the delivery of all passing tourists to hotels on the way. Having reached the hotel from the very threshold of the administrative building, it became clear that this is not 5 * or even 4 *. . . While we were driving to the hotel, we missed lunch, to our request to feed us or at least give the children something to eat, we were told that the restaurant was not open until dinner, but somewhere there (indefinitely waving his hand in an indefinite direction, again) you can eat cakes, The main thing is to go look, and everything will work out. We were seated quickly, less than ten minutes. . At our request to settle my friend and me closer, the Turks at the reception whispered, giggled, and, having given us the keys to the rooms, they informed us in fairly tolerable Russian that the rooms would be nearby, but not very much, then they received their 20 dollar tip (both from me and from girlfriends), and took us with the children and luggage on a tarantass "to the rooms". Bodruga was dropped off after 300-400 meters at a three-story chalet, and my daughter and I were taken further. . . 500 meters (that's what they meant "close, but not very" : )). We got a room in a building adjacent to the restaurant, but there was no smell of food in the room. A two-room suite, clean, with a balcony (there is a steep cliff under the balcony and the sea - indescribable beauty), air conditioning, refrigerator and TV worked properly, but the furniture and walls in the room are so worn and shabby that tears well up. The rooms were cleaned every day, the linen was changed every 3 days, we didn’t spin the swans, the sheets were unpretentiously folded with a bow, and my friend was lucky, she was spinning both swans and butterflies. The food is rather monotonous, there is no choice of meat dishes, only mackerel from fish, there are no gourmet dishes at all. On the beach (below, where the sea is), next to the bar, awesome stuffed cakes (gozleme) are baked - you will lick your fingers !! ! You can go down to the sea by numerous steps or by tram (the funicular is called - the attraction is the same), climb the same way. By the sea, the hotel's beach is small, we spent most of the time by the pool with water slides - the children were delighted, they splashed in the water all day long. Votel has two swimming pools - one is central near the restaurant, with animation and games, and the second one is upstairs, on a hill - with slides and a non-alcoholic bar. The hotel is built on a vast territory, all on slides, so it is not suitable for people with excess weight, heart disease and legs. The territory is green, there is a playground, a mini club, a mini zoo (two rabbits and two turtles). Vacationers are mostly Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians and Kazakhs. The animation is all in Russian, the music is Russian pop. For children in the evenings 30 minutes of cartoons and mini disco (every day the same). The hotel staff is unfriendly and even rude, especially in the restaurant. In general, everything would be fine, but the level of service is below average. Hotel for unassuming service. Personally, I will not go there again and will not recommend to my friends.
