We rested in Turkey for the third time, and you know, every year it gets worse. We were in different regions: Kemer, Belek, and this time - Alanya. This year we decided to play teztour roulette, which I don’t advise you to do if you don’t want to ruin your vacation. We paid for a 5* hotel, but ended up in a 3* hotel, and there were 30 people like us.

Green hill hotel is large, with about 1000 rooms, which are scattered over a large hilly area and those who are not lucky with resettlement will have to run all day in the mountains in the heat or sit from morning to evening by the pool so as not to run. But you can give $ 10-20 and get a room in the center with a sea view. We were lucky in this and our room was relatively good, two-room for three people. In general, people complained about everything very often, but no one was particularly quick to fix it and it was 5 *. The linen was clean, the air conditioner worked, but we didn’t use it much, there was no strong heat. The water was always both cold and hot, but the plumbing was leaking, because there was water on the floor all the time in the bathroom. In the room on the floor, the rugs were peeled, dirty, all the time in the sand, it seemed that no one vacuumed them. The tiles on the floor were all battered (but not 5 * level).

There are two large pools on the territory, one with slides. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, the mattresses were new (we were lucky). But it was unpleasant that at 16.30 they were already starting to collect mattresses and fold sunbeds, when many more people were sunbathing and swimming, like get in already. This I have not seen in any hotel before. The water in the pools was clean and warm.
It was far to go to the beach in the mountains or you can go down the funicular. The beach is small, for two hotels, 50 meters long. There were sorely lacking sunbeds, mattresses too. dirty, everything you wanted to swim. My boys' ears started to hurt, my husband went away after ear drops, and the child had to be treated at home for obstructive bronchitis, the infection from the ear turned into a runny nose, and then bronchitis. Such, alas, are the consequences of swimming in the Green hill sea .
The animation is terrible. One team for two hotels. Every evening they call a couple of people on stage and everyone laughs at them, is this animation? For 8 days they have not shown what they themselves are capable of, but anyone can call people on stage and make fun of them.
