Отличный отель Excellent hotel

I chose according to reviews, in 2017 the hotel was reconstructed, feel free to discard all old reviews about bad rooms. The hotel has two buildings. Both are good, overhauled.
1. Rooms are clean, new, maybe cramped. Vacationers, of course, break something slowly, but everything is fixed. We had two beds in the room, double + single.
2. Daily cleaning, change of towels too. Beach towel for a small deposit if you don't have your own.
3. The safe is free, only the management is blunt, a new password is set every time the safe is closed.
4. Excellent clean shower, spacious, watering can on the hose and ceiling, toilet with bidet.

5. There are problems with the split system, tolerable, but need to be fixed. The outdoor unit with a radiator-condenser is dirty, which leads to a long "reheating" of the cooling mode. And given that the electricity is tied to the access card (the room is de-energized if you leave, except for the refrigerator), then every time you come from the street, you have to wait a while for good cooling. The air conditioner is tied to the balcony door, the door is open - the air conditioner does not work.
6. Poor sound insulation is the scourge of all hotels. Doors with closers to the rooms decently slam.
7. Someone wrote about the mosque nearby, they call for prayer at 5 in the morning, you can hear more in the side rooms than in those overlooking the sea, the doors to the balcony pass sounds well.
8. I think one of the main advantages of the hotel is the staff. Super friendly, super welcoming, super hard working.
9. Few Russians, many Turks and all sorts of foreigners, mostly Germans, as it seemed to me. The age of visitors is young. Lots of couples, few kids. (Do not take children there, they have nothing to do there: the beach is not suitable for children, there is no entertainment for them, they will interfere with others).
10. In Russian, only one girl at the reception speaks well, but she is not always there, the rest speak English.
11. The territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, it is cozy everywhere, sunbeds and umbrellas are free, there are few people. There is a pool with sun loungers, but you have to borrow early, and the pool itself is small.
12. The beach in August 2018 was not very good. In the photo everywhere it is excellent, but the sea washed away the sand, stone slabs were exposed. If the sea is worried, then without special. slippers you will not enter, bunches of mollusks are attached to the plates, similar to open pistachios sticking up. You can step on top, but if you slip with your foot, then the cut is guaranteed (and there are always waves). Even part of the city beach was washed away, and almost no one swims there. There are good places to enter, a little more than a kilometer to go to them, the eastern side of Cleopatra. There will be paid sunbeds and umbrellas, crowds of tourists. There is a large concentration of hotels on that side.

13. Food is good. The hotel is small, maybe someone will not have enough variety, especially for breakfast. For lunch and dinner there is always something cooked on the coals, meat or fish, there is a sea mix with shrimp and squid, but rarely. I have a weak stomach, but I have never had problems with digestion. In this regard, everything is fine. Sanitation is also excellent, everything is washed well, there is always someone from the staff looking after the buffet. Dropped food, immediately removed, dropped cutlery for laying, immediately replaced with clean ones.
14. Animation a couple of times a week. For 11 days, we hit it 4 times, but frankly weakly.
