We rested with our family at the "Diamor" hotel in July 2012. This is not the first visit to Turkey and we were always very satisfied with the hotel, service, food, location. But this time we were very disappointed with the hotel. Yes, the place the location is not bad, in the center of the city, the rooms were cleaned every day, but the food was simply disgusting: in the morning some kind of burda was served, not food, the child left breakfast full, and we especially had nothing to eat, although we didn’t eat at all picky. Yes it was not better at lunch and dinner although we had all inclusive - sometimes we went to eat elsewhere. Some drinks, ice cream are all extra charge. no hair dryer in bathroom, no mini bar, no events in the hotel was not carried out, for lunch and dinner stood and waited for spoons and forks, not enough for everyone. The service staff is trained at an average level. In general, the hotel is of rather poor quality of service.
