We arrived and were very surprised. There is a table for carom (the quality is "not very"), but there are no balls and cues. There are not three slides, but one, there is no gym, the staff hardly speaks Russian; the only exception is Emerald, mentioned here, and Akram from "spa". The food is quite poor, especially for breakfast: there are vegetables and cereals with milk, there are scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, once I even saw porridge... But hot dishes are clearly not enough. Pancakes, which are "fried" by a local chef, are flat, burnt, unleavened cakes. On the day of arrival there was a tennis table by the pool, but the Turkish visitors "lost" the ball. After several days of requests "give rackets and a ball to play tennis", the table was simply dragged to the beach - no object - no problem. In the rooms (I lived in two, I asked about a dozen or three more visitors), the hoods in the toilets practically do not work. There may not be any, but there are also no air fresheners. Access to a modest beach through a tunnel, which is probably never cleaned or washed. Not only that: there are lamps, but there is no lighting (put motion sensors and the hotel will go bankrupt : -))) Animators are lazy: they have not "departed" from Uraza. Wi-Fi at the reception "slows down" if there are more than a dozen users.
In a word, if you are unpretentious - go. This is a THREE star hotel. When relaxing with children, there will be problems: a slide, three swings for kids and a mini disco --- that's all that you will be offered.
By the way, the depth of the pool with a slide is 170-175 cm.
