Let's start with the fact that after numerous reviews that the quality of food on the all-inclusive principle has deteriorated in Turkey, we decided to take a room for three with a kitchen. So we booked an air conditioned room at the Carmen Suite Hotel. Upon arrival, we were surprised, it's an understatement! Firstly, the room is dirty and it is clear that it was not really cleaned, but separately it is the kitchen, mmm, here we were in for a surprise! There is a sink and extractor iii. . . everything! No tiles, no kettle! Not even utensils! No!
To our indignation, the concierge, after long squabbles, gave out a kettle, and the hotel chef did not want to give this either and persistently imposed his kitchen! We were not the only ones deceived in this hotel! The Muscovite family also came after us, bought into the deception with the room and the kitchen, just like us, they, by the way, were not even given a kettle. Okay, about cheating with the kitchen, finished and moved on, on the pros and cons of this hotel. The distance from the hotel to the sea, a good 15-20 minutes walk, cleaning at the hotel starts in the heat of the moment, when people try to relax in the hotel under the air conditioner, it starts just a hell of a roar with throwing metal damage from under the garbage, they move furniture right on the tile, relax simply impossible! The cleaners open the doors of the room to the corridor and all the heat from the corridor goes to your room for the entire time of cleaning. Pastel was not changed even once during the entire stay at the hotel! The lighting in the room is very poor, I had to buy and replace a light bulb.
The woman who arrived in the suite was forced to pay for air conditioning, supposedly it was not included in her package! Do you represent? in a deluxe room! In short, disgusting and a complete lie. This is the worst hotel in my life. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.
