We chose the hotel for a long time and meticulously: we needed Alanya, Cleopatra beach, a decent hotel with good food.
The choice fell on Xperia Grand Bali: they absolutely did not lose, everything pleased!
They placed it in a couple of minutes, there were no Russian-speaking girls at the reception that day, but there was a Turkish woman (she speaks a little and understands the main thing).
The receptionist showed the room, checked that everything was working.
Room: clean, stylish, thought out to the smallest detail. In the room shampoo-soap, body lotion, thread-needle, sponge for shoes, tea-coffee-sugar, minibar water-cola-fanta-juice: everything is free. The balcony on the neighboring building disappointed only 1 day, and then we realized that this was the shady side and were even delighted, the room was always cool. The air conditioner was not turned on even once in 14 days.
No noise from the road: both day and night we slept with an open balcony.

I was pleased with the bathroom, a large shower room, 2 types of watering cans in the shower - everything to make the soul happy.
Cleaning: every day, they cleaned well, there was never any sand on the floor ...BUT, the change of towels and bedding was disappointing (stated 1 time in 3 days) = bedding was changed and towels were changed only 2 times in 14 days. Everything was clean with us, but if it is stated, I would like it to change : (
(perhaps this was the only negative for me all the time)

Staff: at the reception there are from time to time 2 Russian girls - this is big +, you can always ask, share something ...The staff is not visible, everyone is friendly, clean, nice to see. .
Separately, I want to say about the waiters, bartenders - the boys are just smart. They only know the basic Russian, they always try to understand...They say hello, they offer you a drink, they clean everything, they wipe it, they smile, they joke, they are insanely positive!

Food: this is the biggest reason to go there and never go back there. Chicken, meat, fish, seafood - everything is always delicious and there is a lot of everything ...
the choice is dizzying: cheese, sausage, greens, vegetables, salads, hot dishes, delicious soups, a varied table of sweets, fruits have always been watermelon, apples, oranges, plums, peaches, apricots and often strawberries and cherries = enough fruit to overeat the whole restaurant ...we never even went to the store, we always overeat in our restaurant!

Cleopatra beach 2-3 min walk, through 3 houses and a park. The beach is clean, sandy, the sea is clean and warm. The park is very well maintained and green, you can sit right on the grass, there are flowers and fountains everywhere. The view of the fortress is breathtaking day and night when it is illuminated : )

I was in Alanya 2 times and I want more, it beckons like a drug with its beach, views : )

Excursions were bought from Jamal (he can be easily found in contact), at a very favorable price = exactly 2 times cheaper than Pegasus. . The quality didn't go down. 1. Hamam is not bad right next to grand bali, 2.

survey - in the evening on jeeps, along paths unknown to tourists (Pegasus will not show this), 3. Jeep safari - just mega positive! ! ! super excursion, take it you won't regret...4. day yacht - beautiful, clear sea, chocolate tan...5. water park 6. demre-kekova - historical, interesting, tiring of course the whole day on the bus, but it's worth seeing, the guide the young man was telling something all the way
Rest was a success for 5+. We will return to Xperia for sure!
