I decided to write a review so that others would not fall for this scam! We were seduced by the declared water park - a child of 7 years old. Arrived. . . and then it began! Organizer ANEX TOUR. Upon arrival in the heat for 40 minutes with a child waiting for a bus to the hotel! We waited. We drove 60 km to the hotel for 2.5 hours!!!!! ! How much we travel (though with ANEX TOUR for the first and LAST time) we have not seen this. The hotel does not impress immediately from the entrance - poor as a 5 star. More terrible. People with suitcases in the foyer can't wait for the settlement from the door of the scandal. We decided to leave our suitcases and go for a walk and at the same time find something to eat - and by the way - it is stated that UltraOL. No snacks or any place to eat is not possible! It turned out to have to wait until dinner for almost 2 hours. They dug up cookies for a child in a suitcase, they themselves decided to work up an appetite. We looked at the territory (I'll tell you about it later) and returned in an hour. It turns out they just started to make out a room for us and this is at 17:30 then! after the expressed dissatisfaction, they still issued the key. We were taken to the room and oh horror! storage room! Double bed + folding bed == you can get to the balcony with difficulty and sideways, but it's even worse there!! ! the balcony overlooks the backyard where some units are working and we don’t hear the impossible noise from each other. In horror, I ran to the reception - there is complete indifference and frost. Then a bus arrived with another victim from ANEX TOUR, I went to the representative of the tour operator to help me and change the number. Yes, what a complete indifference - they say they knew what they were buying and in general! These rude representatives of the type are rare! And by the way - as it turned out later - Only ANEX TOUR and a few small Turkish ones work with this hotel. Well, how - what is not the arrival of tourists - a scandal === to sell the hotel barely 3 stars for 5, this is not everyone's conscience will allow! Food is no type of a lot of things in appearance, but in fact the same thing is cut into cubes or squares. Fried herring from fish! all! The water park that fell for === 4 slides for a child and then 2 are closed! queues on adult slides. And be sure to keep in mind - there is no sea - a high pier and that's it. the bus goes far to the beach 1 time in 1.5 hours. and then only before lunch. There is much more that could be written...........unfortunately no good! Save your nerves and health! do not buy this hotel and other ANEX TOUR tours as they are not responsible for anything!
