The kitchen is monotonous, the choice of dishes for a 5 star hotel does not fit in any way. From fruits: apples, bananas, oranges. Once a week there were pears and peaches. Shrimps and sea products were also once a week. The waiters do not do their job. change, the table is not served on time..... !!!!!
The hotel is not suitable for families with small children! There is no children's kitchen, there are no ramps for strollers! On the animation, children fall from the front rows or from the stage every day !! ! The pools on the territory of the hotel were with cold water (even for children). We swam in the sea , and there in the children's pool it is warm. Large, sharp curbs, I knocked out a finger on my foot near the children's pool. Take care of the children!
The staff really does not understand Russian well, more German, English.
The animation is very weak.
