Well, it's my turn to write a review about Utopia : )
Summarizing everything described below, I will say that the rest was fabulous, and it was very difficult to leave
I will divide my review into sections so that it is more convenient to read (or skip unnecessary ones : )) and I will separately give some information on room numbers (where is the view from, etc. ).
TOUR OPERATOR, FLIGHT, TRANSFER, HOTEL GUIDE
We flew from Teztour for 14 nights from 09/21/2011 to 10/05/2011. Two adults and a 5 year old child. Departure without delay, in Antalya we boarded the bus and almost immediately drove off. The transfer from Antalya took 3.5 hours, which flew by unnoticed, because. there was always something interesting outside the window. The guide girl entertained with an unobtrusive story. We stopped on the way to 4 hotels (well, it’s someone who’s lucky), everything is fast everywhere, near the hotels there were a maximum of 5 minutes.

Our hotel guide from Teztur was seen only the next day. Friendly girl Yulia, someone wrote that she was boorish, did not notice anything like that. Here, probably, as it comes around, it will respond. Not intrusive, excursions are not vtyuhivali. The husband opposite himself went to her several times to find out more about this or that excursion.
ACCOMMODATION
We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, filled out the paperwork, put $ 30 in our passport and asked for a higher room with a sea view (the main building was booked). We were put on bracelets and sent to dinner. Somewhere at 13.30 we received the key to the room. We got a room on the third floor 3040, far from "higher", but a direct view of the sea, the beach.
At the reception, everyone understands Russian, the Russian girl Marina also works there (the gloomiest against the backdrop of the Turks). If you have any questions or wishes regarding accommodation, you can safely voice them in Russian - everyone will understand you.
Concerning denyuzhki in the passport. Someone advises not to spoil the Turks (and others), but all this has long been done before us. All rooms in Utopia are equally good (meaning the room itself), and if you don’t care where exactly your room is located or what kind of view from the windows opens, then it makes no sense to pay upon check-in. This was important to me and I didn't want to get a room overlooking the unloading of the kitchen. At the time when we were in Utopia, the hotel was on the foot, packed to capacity. Of the vacant rooms, the good ones were kept during the day for those who paid, or for the Germans, the Dutch. Believe me, the hotel has such rooms in which I would not want to rest for anything (I will write about this in more detail below)
ROOM AND IN THE ROOM

We had a room with a balcony. The room is clean and comfortable. The furniture is like new, nothing broken or damaged. Bed linen and towels are snow-white (how do they wash them?!: )). There is a kettle in the room, tea bags (Lipton), coffee (Nescafe Classic), coffee mate and sugar are always available. Two cups and saucers, two teaspoons and two glasses. Minibar - two liter bottles of fanta, two liter cola and one and a half liter bottle of still water. The minibar was replenished daily. If you drank only a glass from a bottle of water, you will be given another one and a half liter bottle.
In the bathroom - several bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Replenish as you spend.
On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs, a table and a clothes dryer. The dryer is full of rust! It is understandable - it stands on the balcony and takes all weather phenomena on its enameled shoulders. Eh, for such cases it is necessary to install stainless steel dryers.
There are 3 Russian channels on TV - Russia24, the first (ORT) and some Russian music. We watched Baby endlessly (I thought at least in Turkey I would take a break from him), though in Turkish. There are only 3 children's channels, all with Turkish translation, but this did not bother our kid.
There is a safe in the closet, a small one - an A4 size door, or even smaller.
Safe, minibar, and everything else that is replenished in the room, as well as the Internet (more on that later) are included in the tour price.
CLEANING OF ROOM AND RETAIL IN GENERAL
Our cleaning in the room was a solid three. It consisted mainly in the neat making of the bed. Often the floor was dirty, only rubbish was swept away. Balcony generally removed only once in 2 weeks. For me personally, all this was absolutely not important, it only bothered me that the cleaning in our room was at a strange time - at 4 o'clock in the afternoon or even later. The rooms above the lobby were cleaned in the morning, apparently it was just that the queue reached us late. They always left a dollar on the bed, in the end the husband had already begun to grumble: “what are we paying her for ?! ” "For smiles. " Indeed, the girl is very friendly, always smiling, well done!
I absolutely agree that cleaning is all a human factor, especially since there are at least 20 maids in a hotel. Only on one floor of the main building at the same time there are 2 maids.
Towels were changed daily, despite the fact that we never threw them on the floor. The bed was changed after 2 or 3 days.

We were not voluntarily spun a pretzel out of towels. I went for a trick - I twisted a smiley face from towels on the bed, and voila... two swans and a heart : )
Speaking of maids - gold and silver jewelry, Turkish liras were always on the table in plain sight - they never touched anything. We never hid the camera and expensive lenses, the laptop was always in plain sight - everything remained in the places where it was left. The husband kept only documents and big money in the safe.
But the rest of the hotel cleaning was 5+! They constantly rubbed mirrors and glass in elevators, cleaners with brooms scurried back and forth, waiters constantly walked near the main pool - they collected empty glasses. Public toilets CONSTANTLY washed! A boy calmly entered the women's toilet, even if there were women in the toilet, and, paying no attention to anyone, wiped the floor, puffed with fragrance. It was especially cool to watch how a mop comes to your cubicle of a public toilet and washes your feet : ).
ANIMATION
I personally liked the animation a lot. The guys are energetic, funny, not clamped. Almost everyone is from Ukraine, with the exception of a few Turks and Russians. Almost everyone is fluent in several languages. Daily animation was often repeated (gymnastics, yoga, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, water polo), only contests and all sorts of jokes of animators were never repeated. But the evening animation for 14 days was repeated only 1 time.
2 times got to the Turkish night, 1 time to the foam party.
For 14 days, I really fell in love with the music that was played on the animation, I bought a disk from the animators, and there... complete bullshit. Of the music played by Utopia's DJs, there are only a couple of tracks. Don't buy - $15 down the drain!
CHILDREN'S ANIMATION

Children's animation in Utopia was SUPER! Girls Anya, Katya are smart! Our baby didn't want to go anywhere other than the mini club at all. The children carved, painted, prepared fruit salads, which they then fed the guests near the main pool. The animators painted the children, our madam was both a butterfly and a cat and a lynx : ). There is a TV set with cartoons in the mini-club, there is a playground nearby, in general, the children are not bored there and they are always supervised. Someone wrote that when the mini-club closes, the animators simply leave, leaving the children alone on the site. Not true! I personally saw how the girls took the children near the main building in search of parents who forgot to pick up the child on time.
Mini disco starts at 8:30 pm. The kids break away from the soul, the animators give all the best. When they returned home, the husband pumped up the music that was in the mini-disco, we often turn it on for the child, and they themselves have nostalgia (aram-zam-zam).
In children's animation, girls also speak several languages.
THE INTERNET
Wifi is terrible! The connection is very slow. We had the best signal from the lobby, at the end of the rest pain-less from the room. To connect, it was necessary to enter the room number and passport number - we had a very poor signal under these data. It is better to immediately enter both the login and password - utopia, the signal will be better.
SERVICE, MAINTENANCE, FRIENDLY
All the staff are very friendly, everyone smiles, says hello (Just don't forget to smile yourself too). Everyone understands Russian, and the word "thank you" blurs.
A special reverent attitude towards children - they wink at the child, want to pat on the cheek or tickle.
We had a case - the kid hid a shell in a bouquet of flowers that were in the room, and did not tell anyone about it. The flowers withered, the maid threw them away, of course. The child, having entered the room and not finding a bouquet, fell into hysterics. We found the maid, explained to her, she called the manager, and the aunt said - 5 minutes and left. She returned with a pack of nuts, chocolate and a set of colored pebbles for decoration. Here is a service for you.
Another point - in those days when there was a downpour, small cars were constantly running around the hotel, which took people from the villas and took them to the main building, and vice versa.
FOOD, DRINKS
Food is a separate issue. It is impossible to stay hungry! Although who is used to what.

For breakfast, the main emphasis was on milk (6 types of yogurt, both sweet and not, cottage cheese with milk, cereals, rings or other things that are poured with hot or cold milk), eggs (boiled, omelettes with cheese, sausage, fried eggs) and bakery. As well as always fresh vegetables, many types of cheeses.
Lunch - always some one puree soup, chicken, beef, lamb, fish. Lots of fresh vegetables and herbs, and dressings for them.
For dinner, there are always some dishes on the grill (vegetables, meat and fish). Always full trays, no matter what time they come - even at the very end of feeding.
There is also a diet table - boiled vegetables, potatoes and meat without any spices and salt. And the children's table (he disappointed me) - french fries, fried sausages, spicy meatballs. Of course, children love all this, but every day is not childishly harmful.
Always a separate table with fruit, a lot of sweets (we never tried everything). We never stood in queues anywhere, we could not find a free table only once - for dinner, when it was raining outside and the open terraces of the restaurant were closed.
In the restaurant hall, tea-coffee-cappuccino machines, water and drinks, two barrels of wine, beer and Fanta-Cola Sprite at the bar in the restaurant.
BEER EPHESUS. At home, I only drink non-alcoholic beer, and Efes beer reminded me very much of Baltika 0. I liked it, light and almost non-alcoholic.
From what I drank there, I’ll say that Baileys and martinis are all like ours. Different bartenders make cocktails in different ways. Someone in the lobby made a pinu collada simply by pouring all the ingredients into a glass, and stir it yourself, while someone mixed it in a shaker and served it with sparklers. Therefore, there is no unequivocal opinion.
STEPS

Stairs are the horror story of all forums  If you like a hotel, but only steps are embarrassing, feel free to go, just settle in the main building. You can get to the beach by bus, which runs without a break from 9 to 18.00, it also delivers to the water park. Even if you go to the beach on foot, there will be quite a few steps in front of the bridge. We always went down on foot, went up by bus. If you don’t live on the second line of villas, then you don’t have to worry about stairs at all. We personally did not feel them at all.
LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, TERRITORY, ATMOSPHERE
The hotel is located on a hill, among pines and banana plantations. The views from the hotel are amazing! I have never seen such colorful sunsets! After the sun went down, the horizon line turned orange. Photos turn out just fly away!
The territory is huge, in the evening everything is highlighted, very beautiful! We went to the beach at sunset (the elevator works around the clock), in general, walking around the hotel is a pleasure! A sea of flowers is everywhere, creepers along the fortress wall probably bloom all year round : )
There were enough sun beds for everyone, a lot of free ones, regardless of when you arrived. The same situation with sun loungers was in the pools - there is always somewhere to lie down.
WEATHER IN LATE SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER
We were from September 21 to October 5 and we were very lucky with the weather. Heavy rains were two days in a row immediately after our arrival, but the rain was in the second half of the day, and in the first half the sun was roasting. The air temperature was over 30 degrees, during the day it was hard to be in the sun - it burned. Even when it rained, it was not very refreshing - it was still hot. Closer to our departure, it became a little fresher, maybe 27 degrees, the sea cooled down a little, it became like in August in the Crimea, but the pools cooled down much more.
INFORMATION ABOUT ROOMS
We lived in the main building, so I'll tell you about it in more detail. As for the villas, I’ll just say which ones have a good view, but about the villas later.
The main building of the hotel is located in such a place and in such a way that the windows of all four sides overlook the sea. Only from two sides - this is a direct view of the sea, and from the other two - the sea is somewhat side view, i. e. to see it you have to go to the balcony.

The main building is divided inside into 2 wells - the second light. A larger well - at the bottom of which is the lobby, and a smaller one, at the bottom of which are small shops, a fountain, a doctor and hotel guides.
From the second to the fifth floor of the building, the numbering of the rooms is the same, only the first digit is different - 20. . , 30. . , 40. . , 50. . (depending on the floor), i. e. for example, number 3012 is number 2012.
On the 6th floor the rooms are slightly shifted. In addition, the 6th floor is attic.
On the 1st floor, the rooms are located only in a small "well", where there are shops.
Now I will write about one-room standards. About two-room later.
The best numbers in terms of the view from the windows are the numbers whose last two digits are . . 10, . . 11, . . 12 (i. e. 2010.2011, 2012.3010, 3011, etc. up to 5012 ). First floor doesn't count! (To be honest, I didn’t even look at the numbering of rooms on the 1st floor)
On the 6th floor, the rooms are slightly shifted, as I already wrote, so the 6th floor is 6011.6012, 6013. These are all end rooms, a direct view of the entire coast of Alanya, the sea, the orientation is west, the sun in the afternoon and a breathtaking sunset right in windows, and at night the stunning illumination of the whole of Alanya is at your feet!
In addition, only in the end rooms with an increase in the floor area does the balcony area increase - the 2nd floor has a balcony like everywhere else, the 3rd floor is larger, the 4th floor is even larger, etc. On the 6th floor in the end rooms, the balcony is huge, but it is without a roof. Of the minuses of these rooms - during the day it is a little noisy from daytime animation (but during the day it is not very loud, the closed balcony door will save), and at night, after the evening animation ends in the amphitheater, it can be noisy from the Laguna Bar (karaoke, or performance of fashionable collectives in Turkey).

The second side of the main building, from which there is a direct view of the sea, are the rooms that overlook the relax pool and the beach. Their numbering is . . 01 - . . 07 (located above the lobby) and . . 40 -. . 46 (located above the second "well" with shops). Those. on the second floor - 2001 - 2007 and 2040 - 2046, on the third - 3001 - 3007 and 3040 - 3046, etc. on each floor above. The orientation of these rooms is south, the sun is almost all day. Alanya is not visible from the windows, but you can see the coast of the village next to the hotel (I don’t even know what it’s called). Direct sea view, you can see the whole relax pool, amphitheater, elevator to the beach. Of the minuses of owls - the evening animation is perfectly audible even with the balcony door tightly closed. We had room 3040 and the first two nights they tried to put the child to bed at 21.00 (as usual). It turned out to be impossible, because the audibility from the amphitheater was such that they were yelling right into your ear. We got out of the situation by deciding to visit the card evening animation, and after it put the kid to bed. After the animation (ends somewhere at 22.30) on this side of the hotel - silence.
Next, we look at the second long side of the body, which is above the main entrance. Not everything is clear here. Orientation - north, in October there was no sun at all on this side of the hotel. The view from the windows - mountains, banana plantations, you can see Alanya and if you go out to the balcony, you can see the coast of Alanya. Numbering - . . 15 - . . 32 . Numbers . . 15 - . . 23 are located above the lobby, . . 24 - . . 32 - above the second well and the passage between them. More successful rooms on this side of the hotel are above the lobby (but not all, namely . . 15 - . . 20), under the balconies there is a lobby bar terrace, a good view of the main pool, cars do not drive under the windows. The rest of the rooms on this side are unsuccessful from my point of view - under the balconies of the households. courtyard (albeit covered with a roof) or the canopy of the main entrance, where people drive up endlessly - cars and buses with hotel guests drive off, and cars with food, etc. , go to the utility yard. On the second floor, bad numbers on this side - 2021-2026, because the views from the windows are hindered by the canopy over the main entrance.
And the last side of the hotel is the second end. Orientation - east, the sun early in the morning and before lunch. The view from the windows - mountains, banana plantations, if you go out to the balcony you can see the sea and the coast of the village next to the hotel. Very beautiful sunrises, the sky around 6.30 in October turned bright pink. Numbering - . . 34 - . . 36. Balconies, as well as on the opposite side, increase in area with each floor. Of the minuses - parking under the balconies. In my opinion, the numbers on this side are one of the saddest.
And now about the most unfortunate rooms in the main building! This is of course the first floor. Although they have one plus - very large balconies, just like terraces. I haven’t been inside them, but theoretically they have very high ceilings and there are several two-story rooms among them. But I still wouldn't want to live there.

Double rooms are located at the corners of the main building. The most successful of them, the last two digits of which are . . 08, . . 09, . . 13, . . 14. Rooms 09.13 and 14 have a stunning view of the sea and the coast of Alanya, sunsets, and the floor is not important. Room 08 overlooks the relax pool, direct sea view, Alanya is not visible.
Now about Villas. Villas are three and four storey. Each floor has 4 rooms. The numbering starts from the top floor, i. e. top down. The most successful villas, regarding the view from the windows and the proximity to the main building, are No. 32.31, 29.28. Direct view of the sea and the coast of Alanya, very beautiful. Orientation - almost west, the sun in the afternoon. All listed villas are on the first line. Near villa No. 32 there is a staircase up to the main pool, not far from Villa No. 28 there is another staircase. Villas No. 32.31, 29 are in the pines, No. 28 - the pines are gone. Another good villa number 27 on the first line, a direct view of the sea, the stairs upstairs are a step away, but to see the coast of Alanya you will already have to go to the balcony.
On the second line of villas, there is a good view (on the coast of Alanya) from villas No. 21.22, 23.24, but only the upper floors. A good view is also from the villas 25.26 - direct to the sea, Alanya from the side. It is better to settle in villas in the two upper floors. For example, in villa No. 32 these will be numbers 3201 - 3208. I do not advise anyone to settle on the lowest floor! In many villas, the lowest floor is not just on the ground, but below ground level - a complete feeling of a basement! In my understanding, such rooms cannot cost as much as the rest, they should be cheaper, but oddly enough, they cost the same as, say, room 3101 in villa No. 31 (fourth floor from the ground overlooking the coast). Feel the difference. For this reason, I was also afraid to book a villa when buying a tour - this is such a lottery, only 4 villas I liked out of 26. The chance that I will get the hotel I need when the hotel is fully loaded is very small, and specifying a specific villa when buying a tour - impossible.
In general, if anyone has any questions - ask! What I remember - I will answer!
