And all due to the fact that despite the fact that the hotel, represented by the general manager, Mr. Yurder, confirmed the places, upon arrival at the hotel there were no places. People were put in two families in one room until the others were released. so it was with us. about 5-6 families arrived from our flight and offered to settle in 2 families. it did not suit anyone. a scandal began that lasted 3 hours. they were going to call the police. I called Kyiv and tried to contact Yurder through a travel agency. As a result, we were given one room for 2 families with the condition that after 4 hours we will be provided with separate rooms. there we just threw our things and went to breakfast (in fact, we didn’t eat normally for 10 hours). They gave me rooms but no balcony. what is without a balcony, on which you can only dry something, you can only guess. another scandal. They promised to give a normal number the next day. the next day they told us that the room can be occupied, they gave us the keys to transfer things. while we went for breakfast, we arrive - and there are already other people in the room. and also with keys. another scandal. we were looking for a new room for a few more hours. As a result, 2 days are lost.
And at the end there was a story when, during an excursion to the World, we were told that at the end of it we were going to an onyx factory, although this was not mentioned anywhere in the excursion plans. and there was a huge risk of not being able to get to the hotel before dinner. Drive from Mira to the hotel takes 5-6 hours. another scandal. the driver drove back, they thought that we would roll over.
And the rest, everything is very cool. Sea, sun, food. I liked everything very much. In contrast to the service of the Anex tour, and the hotel team led by Yurder and the manager Mustafa.
