There are 2 swimming pools for adults with a depth of 1.60 cm. and for children -30 cm. The pools are clean.
The food in the restaurant is quite varied.
For breakfast we offer freshly cooked eggs, sausages, french fries, vegetables, 8-9 types of cheese and as many olives, sausage (soy), pancakes with chocolate, yogurt, Turkish delight, waffles, halva, 2 types of cookies, fruit, there were 3-4 types of meat dishes, fish every day, 2-3 side dishes, raw and cooked vegetables, salads, vegetable side dishes, cheeses, olives, 1-2 types of soup, fruits, desserts (at least 20 types). grilled fish or meat on the day. From 14.00 to 16.00 there was a snack bar, which offered french fries, chicken stew with vegetables, salads, nuggets, fruit. From 16:00 to 17:00 we were treated to ice cream and a variety of cookies. The waiters are very friendly, clean quickly.
The location of the hotel is very favorable. Not far from the city center, port, cable car, which can go up the hill to the old town. The sea across the road. The beach is clean, the sand is quite specific (it is rather a very small pebble), the sea is warm and blue.
We rested with a child of 3.5 years.
The only thing we did not like was the sea, beautiful, warm, but very stormy and deep. The waves easily knocked 100 kilograms of men off their feet. Literally 10 meters and in the sea begins a slippery stone slab, which did not allow to stay on his feet while fighting the waves. Maybe when the sea is calm, there is no such problem, but according to the guide, this does not happen often. take into account if you do not know how to swim or travel with children.
Check-in: Arrived for dinner, had lunch, and immediately. settled.

You change beach towels for free, by card, in the hammam. We did not go to the hammam and massage.
Wifi is free and better in the lobby.
Food: All excellent. Breakfast: yogurt, jams, canned and fresh fruits, pomegranate, dried apricots, figs, Turkish delight, halva, pastries, croissants, cheeses, olives, omelettes, fried eggs, eggs, pancakes. Freshly squeezed orange juice. for money, they will do it for you.

Fridays - Turkish evening. Everything is beautifully decorated, more varied, a lot of cakes, desserts in bowls, cakes, a separate table with baklava and oriental sweets. You pour white and red wine yourself from the barrel. Everything is very nice and presentable. Huge respect to the cooks!
The waiters are always neat, tactful, unobtrusive, work quickly. I would like to especially thank the bartender named Sefash, for efficiency, attention and goodwill.
In the hotel lobby there are two Russian girls - gestrelation, on all questions to them, they will help, explain.
Beach hotel number 12, we did not really like it. We walked for 6, seven minutes along a beautiful promenade, an excellent entrance to the sea and no sunbeds nearby.
Rest in October in Alanya is very comfortable. The sun is quite soft, the sea is still warm, there are not many vacationers, the scenery is magnificent.
Conclusion: I recommend the hotel, an excellent city 4, probably with the largest territory and a swimming pool in the city of Alanya.
The room is large, two-room, but stuffy - it was possible to open only one window. Suitable for fans of air conditioners, but we are used to drafts and it was a little uncomfortable.
The restaurant has a large selection of dishes for every taste, suitable for a gastritis-dietist and a hard vegan and meat-eater. The only thing missing was grilled meat. Of the dishes on the grill was only chicken, fish, liver and in the morning - scrambled eggs. All sorts of croutons and pancakes. In general, there is a lot of food, it is of high quality and fresh, salads are also delicious. There is a choice. In general, we are satisfied with the restaurant. There was also quite a lot of sweets for lunch and dinner. Of the fruits were - plums, tangerines, oranges, apples, watermelon and melon. And something else... already forgotten) The bar in the restaurant was open from 10 am and during meals. There was also a bar near the pool from 10.00 to 20.00 and a bar in the lobby from 10.00 to 24.00. Coolers with very good water worked around the clock. The tea was brewed and bagged. Coffee and juice from vending machines. Locally produced drinks are quite decent.
Very polite and friendly staff. In Russian, they practically do not speak - "hello, goodbye. " For us, this was a plus. They love children very much. In two languages - English and German, it was possible to solve any problem.
There is a gym and a hammam - we didn’t get there either. Beach towels are issued on a special card, which is handed out upon check-in, but we used our own.
The hotel is on the second line, but really you just need to cross the road - Ataturk Avenue, walk past a couple of hotels on a quiet street and you are on the famous Cleopatra Beach. The hotel has its own beach, but sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, so we didn’t use it, especially since it took about 7 minutes to walk to it. Therefore, we crossed the road and lay on the golden (without exaggeration) sand. In the place where the hotel is located on the beach there are no plates, an excellent gentle entry into the water.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the port. Public transport is good, you can always drive up.
From entertainment in the hotel there is an animator, but he was kind of sleepy and rather lazy. Three times a week there was a show - the children watched, in our opinion, adults are not interested. There were no discos. There is a pool but no slides. The water in the pool is cold - the sea was warmer. My husband and I did not swim in it, but the children tried it.
There are a lot of pensioners in the hotel, including disabled people in wheelchairs, mostly from Western Europe.
The hotel is made up of several buildings, with a swimming pool in the courtyard. In general, quite comfortable. We liked. Only Wi-Fi was naughty and caught mainly in the lobby. We will gladly return if the opportunity arises.
