I bought a tour for my family of two adults and two children. My wife and I had two family holidays: my wife's anniversary and our wedding anniversary. The tour itself is organized by Pegas Turistik LLC. Arriving at the Sunset Beach Hotel late in the evening of August 13.2015, we felt that the hotel was very stuffy! The furniture is noticeably worn. The night manager did not speak Russian and Ukrainian. They didn't bother to feed us. When we asked about food, we were sent to the pool bar and brought a couple of rolls with butter, cheese, a couple of cucumbers, a couple of tomatoes and the hot and cold drinks we ordered, in general, we were fed not dinner but breakfast. In the room in which we were settled on the 4th floor, the climate control did not work! After calling the night administrator on the phone, one of the staff arrived and tried to start the climate control. After several unsuccessful attempts to start something, we were moved to another room on the same 4th floor. In this room, the climate control also did not work, but the fan was already blowing! True, when trying to set the temperature below + 27.5 * C, everything (the fan) turned off automatically. The children and we were sweating from the stuffiness, in response to our complaint about the non-working climate, they brought us an ordinary fan on the counter. In the morning, waking up, I went to the administrator to find out the reasons for such work. They tried to tell me something about the fact that these are such standards, about such a setting of the air conditioning system in the hotel, and so on... Then, all the same, they offered me a room on the first floor with access to the pool with water slides. After looking at the room, the situation was the same as in the previous rooms, but with the difference that this is the first floor, when you open the glass balcony door, the climate control fan does not turn off. The fridge in the room really turns off as soon as you get out of it and pick up the key fob - the card. After consulting with my wife, we decided to move to the first floor. The stuffiness was everywhere! In the restaurant, in the corridors, while on the street + 42 * C + 45 * C in the shade. After examining the territory of the hotel, we saw such dirt, as if it was not customary in the hotel to wash the tiles from spilled drinks and leftover food. The bar counter near the pool was also covered in sticky, dried pieces of lemon and dried stains from drinks. . Under the restaurant tables on the street, in addition to greasy black spots, there were also ants that quickly climb up the legs and onto the table. For some reason, the tables themselves are plastic, like in beer bars, and not in a 5-star hotel restaurant! . Tables that stand a little away from the main restaurant are rarely wiped and reserved. Going to the beach, we saw a pier advertised in the photographs on the Pegas Touristik website with a wooden coating, with sunbeds and umbrellas, with the difference that the entrance to the pier was wrapped with adhesive tape crosswise, the pier itself looks like a pile of scrap metal from which the entire coating was torn off and left a huge rotten rusty frame, which, in my opinion, is almost impossible to restore, but can only be cut off and scrapped. The beach itself is pebbly, which is generally not bad. On the left side of the “pier”, there are several plates in the water that lie along the coast for about 25 meters, and if suddenly, during significant excitement, your leg gets between the rolling wave and the plate, then you will almost certainly break your leg. Further into the sea there are no more pebbles, there are huge large stones. They are not sharp, but not even and it is very difficult to put your feet on them steadily. There are no slabs on the right side of the "pier", but huge stones are present. The beach area is not cleaned, there are cups and empty bottles lying around. Beach towels are changed only when the room is cleaned. That is, you have to go to the pool or to the beach without towels if you want them to be replaced. On the territory of the hotel, on the declared playground for volleyball and darts, boards torn from the “pier” are stored. On the territory of the sports cafe, which is located near billiards, tennis tables and a mini-golf course, there are some incomprehensible, dirty, tattered "tents" with pillows laid out on the floor, very reminiscent of a brothel. The lanterns in this cafe are broken, the wicker furniture is all falling apart. The amphitheater and kids club area is not being cleaned and is in an abandoned state. If it is stated that they work from 10:00-12:00 and from 15:00-17:00, then in reality they were launched with a delay of 20-30 minutes and were turned off in the same way earlier! Umbrellas from the sun after one do not work (broken). The indoor pool presented on the Pegas Turistik website did not work and was permanently closed! As well as sauna and hammam! The barbershop has never been open either! After we wrote a complaint to the representative of Pegas Touristik, during the afternoon, during lunch, they began to run climate control throughout the hotel for a couple of hours. This was evident from the way the automatic closing and opening of the doors was turned on. The food in the restaurant is mediocre! We suspected that the half-eaten vegetables at breakfast were simply served at lunch and dinner, pre-cut and mixed into salads. But in this heat it is noticeable! In the morning, no one ever cooked omelettes or pancakes with us. All food in the restaurant is in the boxes. There was no variety of fruits! And it's in the banana land! We were given prunes, grapes, watermelon and melon. We did not see a children's and diet menu. The restaurant was cleaned badly! If a child in a children's corner on a chair and on the floor has food leftovers at lunchtime, then you will find them for dinner. They took beer in the lobby bar, it turned out to be sour, they gave it to the administrator to try, she spat and then called somewhere to replace the beer keg. The family bought a trip from a representative of Pegas Touristik to Discovery Park. We left at 7:30 in the morning, we didn't have time to eat breakfast. When I asked the hotel manager about lunch packages, everyone shrugged their shoulders. As a result, we left hungry. We got to Discovery Park in 2 hours, not 40 minutes, as stated by the Pegas Tourist guide. With small children it was inconvenient to say the least! In fact, we have never had such a terrible holiday! In connection with the above, I declare that this hotel does not correspond to the status of 5 * stars declared by Pegas Touristik !! ! In the best case, this is a stretch (2 * +) or (3 * -) only because of the location on the very seashore.
