I rested with my son from June 20 to June 26. According to the conditions, I paid for a room at the Standart Room Land View hotel. 26 sq. m.
Upon arrival, my son and I were placed in a block (next to the kitchen), in a room on the 1st floor, no more than 12 sq. In the morning when we woke up it was impossible to breathe! Garry, stink! My son is allergic! When I contacted in the morning to change the room, I was told that the hotel was full! To my claims of inconsistency of the number, even by quadrature, it was said that the numbers are different and you have the same standard! The fact that we were settled in a class below "economy" I found out later. It is much cheaper than the "Land View" I paid for !! ! I was offered to pay $ 8 per day for changing the room! And then they move! It turned out interesting! For a surcharge - there is a room, but without a surcharge - no! Or contact the tour operator. When contacting a representative of the tour operator at a meeting, the issue was not resolved! The tour operator offered me a replacement only on June 27 !!! ! But I have a tour of 26! ! Complete indifference from the representatives of the hotel to the tour operator! The beginning of the holiday was ruined! After a night in the morning it was simply impossible to breathe in the room! In the bathroom, the room smelled nauseating!! ! With tears after 2 nights, I came to the reception in the morning! To which I was again told to make an additional payment for the replacement already for the remaining 4 nights - $ 32 !! ! No other way!! ! After long conversations and hassle agreed on $ 15. They wrote out a receipt. And in the end, they changed my room for dinner! I saw the same Land View that I originally purchased! The start of the holiday was ruined!
The accommodation is terrible! Be prepared for the fact that you may find yourself in a completely different room, with the smells of a canteen! A similar situation happened with another couple during my vacation. They were settled on the last attic floor. . In the same economy room. When another one was paid. Also be prepared to queue up for grilled food! That you may not have enough forks and you will need to wait until they are washed ((
