As for a 4 star hotel, everything was at a fairly good level. Vacationing with my husband. We arrived at 10 am, check-in was after 2:00 pm. They put bracelets on us and told us that we could use the services of the hotel. They settled us at 13:00. We got a room in building A 4401 with a gorgeous view of the sea and Alanya, in the evening we also watched animation from the balcony.
The disadvantage in the room is the lack of soundproofing of the windows (at night you can hear the noise of cars and the sea, although perhaps this only caused inconvenience to us, since we live in a quieter place), as well as the lack of a 2-bed (there are 2 beds that are shifted into one) . Room cleaning every day. If you leave a tip, they will try to create compositions from bedspreads and flowers.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is an underground passage to access the sea. Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas are all free. Also from 10 to 17 on the beach you can drink tea, coffee, cappuccino, sweet and plain water for free. When entering the sea, there are stones of different sizes, if you take to the right, then there will be a little less stones. We did not need special shoes, our feet were not injured. The water during this period was very warm, many families were with children of preschool age.

Animation. Some complained that animation for children is practically non-existent. For all animation 3 times a week. They hire different artists. We liked. Disco every day until 23:00. Security keeps order. If someone, under a fair dose of alcohol, begins to take off his clothes, then the guards in a soft but persistent form will ask her to put them on.
The territory of the hotel. With this, complete order. The territory, although not very large, but everything is placed compactly and conveniently. Everything is very green, well-groomed, constantly washed, cleaned, watered, trimmed. There is a large pool with a gradual deepening, as well as 2 smaller pools for children, one of which has a water slide.
Nutrition. You won't be left hungry. There is always chicken, offal, sausage (not tasty) in the diet. We often cooked ribs on the grill (we decided that it was a turkey, since it was definitely not chicken). Once there was a fish. The french fries were awesome. And what delicious cakes were cooked in the grill bar! They also gave pilaf, stewed potatoes. In the morning we prepared omelettes with fillings of your choice. Large selection of various vegetables, salads, cakes, jams. From the fruit there were watermelon, apples, plums, oranges (very sweet), tangerines, grapes (in the evening, but it was taken apart quickly enough).
The drinks. There are self-service machines for those who want to drink sweet or plain water. And also for lovers of tea, coffee, cappuccino (for ourselves, we chose a cappuccino, very, very tasty).
Alcohol. I must say right away that we are not lovers of getting drunk, but we tried all alcohol except vodka. Their beer is very good too. Undiluted light beer. We were pleasantly surprised! Wine white and red only dry. For us lovers of semi-sweet, it was a little unusual. But overall a very good wine. Also delicious gin with sprite. Whiskey with cola is so-so, for an amateur. Raki (this is something) I was very interested in trying it. This anise vodka is definitely for a great lover and connoisseur.
Staff. I would like to express my gratitude to all the people who work there! They work very smoothly and quickly, always with a smile on their faces. Service on top! Well done!

Hamam. The one in the hotel is useless. One friend from the hotel said that it was not very good, but I was interested in trying, besides, I could choose who would do the massage, a man or a woman. I chose a woman. But I didn't like it. So it's better to go to some other hammam.
In general, summing up, we really enjoyed the rest. For the price we paid for the ticket, everything was great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
