We flew to rest with a large company in the period 28.04 to 12.05. I still can’t figure out my feelings regarding the overall assessment of the rest at the Sapphire Hotel. I'll start with the cons. 1. Accommodation in a hotel. Of the entire company, we flew first. Two men. The rooms are two single rooms. We were met by two young Turks and with a joyful look announced that there were no rooms available, but tomorrow they would appear... and moreover, with a view of the sea, and one night would have to be spent in a room without a balcony. And tomorrow, at 9 am, you will move. Or pay an extra $140 and live in a standard Villa room. We were not yet ready for such expenses. When we saw the proposed rooms (total area - 5 square meters, i. e. , a single bed, a bedside table, a locker, a closet. A window, rather a window, overlooking the internal staircase, all around dirt and devastation), our mood completely deteriorated. The rooms were so bad that they even disdained to take a shower off the road. We approached these goats at the reception and once again received confirmation that tomorrow at 9 am they would give us the best rooms. We were at the reception at 8:30. And the goats are already gone. There was a nice girl Nika, who, of course, is not aware of any relocations. Nika offered 2 rooms in the main building with a view of the neighboring hotel. The condition of these rooms differed little from those in which we spent the night. We of course refused. We were told that there were no other rooms. In general, I had to take a bungalow. Add. costs - 130 USD/person. Further, on May 1, our friends arrived. They were placed in a room in the second building overlooking the road. The door is broken and won't close. Everything is dirty and old. The stench in the room is terrible. And again they say that there are no other numbers. What is most interesting, the main check-in was later, and at that time, the hotel was filled, God forbid, half. PIG, PIG and once again PIG. In general, the situation is the same as ours. They also had to take a bungalow. Costs of $ 10 / person per day and completely spoiled mood. CONCLUSION - everything in this hotel is geared towards extorting money by creating extra. problems in the form of resettlement in the worst hotel rooms. Or are they all like that? Personally, I did not go into the building rooms anymore. It was disgusting even to be there.
2. One more minus. Bars. When they poured me whiskey for the first time in the main bar, at first I thought that they were mocking me. But no - everyone poured it like that. Grams of 10-15... and no more than 2 drinks in one hand. To the question - what kind of... nya??? ? the bartender's answer is that the management forbids me to pour more. The pool bar is better. Apparently there are less people watching the bartenders. The lobby bar is paid, round the clock, only coffee for free, but every night the coffee machine broke down. Snack bar - the same amount of alcohol as in the main, plus dirty plastic glasses. Bartenders do not speak Russian (in all bars). Appearance and habits unfriendly. Only one bar is open in the evening. This is clearly not enough for the crowd that lives in the hotel. Constant queues and hustle at the bar. The quality of drinks is like in all Turkish hotels, except for beer. The beer there is of very low quality. And then the owner saved.
Now about pluses. 1. Very good cuisine. For two weeks of staying at the hotel, the food was not at all tired. Everything is fresh and tasty. But again, a minus - the restaurant is not designed for the number of people having a rest. The waiters do not have time to clean the dishes and change the tablecloths.

2. Large, green and beautiful territory.
3. Nice beach. Especially the slide from the pier.
4. Near the village of Konakli - wonderful. There are places to walk. Lots of shops and cafes.
5. Not far from Alanya, 20 minutes by dolmush.
In general, in this hotel you need to relax without messing with the service staff. Any communication with them is negative emotions.
The general conclusion is that the cost of rest in this hotel clearly does not correspond to the quality of the services provided.
