Less staff, the Internet disappears for a while, and there are fewer places to relax inside the hotel, and there are a lot of outside . This is all complete nonsense, if we had known earlier what we were overpaying for, we would not have loaded at all. The food is like in 5 *, the territory too, two pools - one is quiet, the other is cheerful, the animation is superrr, the bartenders are not arrogant, smiling, friendly. In life, you need to visit different places, but after Sapphire, we will probably go there again. There was such a moment, at 5, there is Nestle iced tea for a fee, and here this tea and ayranchik, juices, water, milk, milkshakes, 3 types of yogurt - all for free. There are refrigerators throughout. For gozlime in 5 * stood in line, the distribution of only 2 hours, the queue, the murder, and here, from 10.00 h. until 17.00 - Come and take it, no one and it's very tasty. The hotel itself is superRRR, European plan. For food, they fried lamb 2 times, and a huge fish, tuna, cooked twice, and pilaf, and fish in dough and mussels stewed and fried and everything, everything, everything. When we were driving back, people from other hotels came in and spat, called the name of the hotels and said not to go there in life, food G. . . , animation G. . etc. , and we shouted at the whole bus - Sapphire - SUPERRRRR.
