Жахливий готель! Terrible hotel!

Rested at this hotel in August. It was a spontaneous trip for 4 days, who wanted to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday in Turkey. Chose Fortune in the Annex tour. In the morning we booked, and in the evening we went to Boryspil. We tourists are not picky, so we dreamed of spending an unforgettable 4 days, taking a break from business. The hotel greeted us with a crowd of disgruntled tourists who rushed to the hotel guide to relocate them from there. Some were in hysterical tears. We were advised not to give passports and not to settle. We were pleased only by the fact that we are here for only 4 days. As mentioned earlier: the hotel is dirty, the staff is sluggish and boorish, there are not enough towels in the rooms, the food is terrible, the queues in the dining room, tablecloths are such that they have not changed since the beginning of the season. Interestingly, nowhere in the hotel is it stated that it is 4 *. I do not recommend San Marine to anyone.
