We rested at the Ruby Hotel not for the first time, though with a break of three years. We went as to our friends and were confident in the good service of the hotel, but in reality everything turned out to be far from it. All good reviews about the hotel are true. The hotel has friendly staff, excellent cuisine, cleanliness, cleaning every day (though without dusting the furniture and I have never seen how the carpet was vacuumed in the room). Usually they do it before settling and that's it. But believe me, these are the little things that you forget about. The hotel is predominantly Russian citizens, mostly young people. Animation has become better.
I will not repeat myself about buildings A and B and the underground passage and about the magnificent beach, etc. I just want to warn regular and future tourists that the air conditioner in the hotel now only works from 16-30 to 2 am and that's it. The rest of the time you will be hot in the room at an air temperature of 40 degrees. In order for at least some breeze, even if it was hot, to refresh the room, it was necessary to keep the balcony doors open, and since the Antalya-Alanya highway runs between the hotel buildings, the noise there is impossible day and night. I can't understand how a 5 star hotel decided to make such savings? Probably in the month of May without air conditioning it will be fine, but not in summer. We are saddened by this attitude of the owners of the hotel to their guests. If nothing changes, we'll never go there again.
