Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

Sent tourists to this hotel on June 6th. The answer was declared on the Anectura website as 5 stars. Upon arrival, the tourists were on Elena in a terrible room with fungus, rust in the bathroom, leaking plumbing, the stench in the room from the carpet and dirt throughout the room (dust, debris on the bathroom floor). They asked me to provide another room, which turned out to be still running for her, and so they moved from room to room 3 times, for which half a day of rest was spent! In the end, they said that all rooms are like this and there are NO others! A separate guide from Anekstur looked at all this absolutely evenly stuffy and said to requests for help that until he got a call from the central office, he would not do anything! The food in the cafeteria is terrible! On the 7th day, the whole family was poisoned (as were many other hotel guests)! When asked to call a doctor, a separate guide said: pay money (that's such insurance from Anekstur! ) Conclusion: the rest is spoiled, the impressions of the country too. To everyone who reads this review, be careful choosing this hotel, today it is dangerous for life!
