Everything is in order. We are not picky vacationers, we can put up with a lot and turn a blind eye to a lot.
We arrived and were greeted as expected. It took 3 hours to get to the hotel (the village of Mahmutlar). It was torture, nothing survived. They brought me to the hotel and left. . . Tour operator Coral, I will not use its services again in my life (There were a lot of people outraged by this hotel, but this tour operator still continues to work with him)! The hotel offered us to go to dinner while the room was being prepared, the time was about 13 o'clock, so we did not suspect anything. We ate and waited. Some time later, the same Russian-speaking Turk from the reception comes up to us and says that there are no rooms available, so we will now be taken to another hotel, and tomorrow at 11 o’clock they will be picked up and settled as expected. After lunch, we were exhausted, and the difficult road also made itself felt, so we did not immediately react. And when we were brought to a terrible 3 * hotel, I started to get hysterical. In general, somehow survived. I didn’t want to spoil my vacation by collecting some documents that we didn’t live there and as expected, especially when everyone in this hotel pretends that in Russian it’s not boom-boom...
The guide came and, to our surprise, calmly said that such overlays happen... We survived. The next day, we went down to 11 o'clock at the reception, where we were supposed to be picked up - no one was there. We waited an hour - no one was there. They began to call, and there they tell us that there are still no rooms and tomorrow they will pick us up at 10 o'clock 100%! The screams did not help, they began to tell us that the hotel had nothing to do with it, they don’t know why the Coral company sells tours of the hotel, which is in the stop... However, the guide told us that the hotel does not put rooms in the stop deliberately in order to avoid downtime and gets out by settling terists in other hotels for a day or two... When we threatened that we would come and arrange a dressing for everyone, we began to put pressure on pity and promised the most beautiful room, a free safe and all equipment on the beach for free... survived...
The next day they still took us, although they were late for 1.5 hours... In general, 2 days out of 12 were terrible, scandals, abuse, tantrums, etc. not to mention the fact that the food in the 3* hotel was disgusting, you go up to the tray and disperse the flies to take something. . . they settled all the same in 4 * hotels, and some, like us, in 3 *) When settling in, this Turk to resolve conflicts with the Russians (as we understood later), of course, forgot about his promises and with a creak we broke out only a free safe !
The room left much to be desired (especially the view from the room) and on the beach mattresses and umbrellas were paid. The hotel sucks. Then we realized that the 3* hotel was not much worse. Linen was changed once, the day before departure. Cleaning is purely symbolic. The air conditioner blows right on the bed. The food is tolerable, but they won’t let you put the meat yourself! All inclusive until 23:00, and one hour before that, 1 portion in one hand! The territory is small, nowhere to walk. The animation is very weak. The pool is terrible. You can cross the road to the sea for a long time, because. cars drive in a dense stream, it is better to go through a smelly passage and jump over puddles. The sea... a separate song... the beach is small, with small pebbles. The entrance to the sea is a "fairy tale"... there are slippery boulders near the shore, so you go half-bent and pray not to break anything, so swimming was not abused.
In all normal hotels, on the days of excursions, dry rations are collected for you on the road... We go to order, and in response, “We don’t have such a thing, ” period... We go to the guide, he comes to the reception, and the Turk starts yelling at him , they say how many times can you say that we do not have any rations. In such cases, order an early breakfast... Breakfast - the cat cried, a bun, a piece of cucumber, their disgusting sausage, olives and coffee. It was especially unpleasant to have breakfast at 3 o'clock in the morning before the excursion to Pamekkale. . . Our hotel turned out to be the most extreme. . .
We really enjoyed the excursions! They made the holiday a success!
But the hotel.... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! ! I am writing a review 2 years later, because the rating of this hotel is already very high, and everything is fresh in my memory, as if I went last month! This is such a strong impression! : )
If you write something, I will answer! : )

Voice of youth. I have been to many hotels and countries of the world, but I consider this holiday in Turkey to be my best. The hotel is great!! The hotel is great!!

Most of all I remember the hotel disco - there is no such dance floor even in many capital clubs, not to mention other cities! Going out there is a pleasure! The animation was also at its best - almost around the clock the guys from the anikomand tried to organize entertainment for vacationers. And local shows gathered crowds of people watching from behind the fence. Very friendly staff, unless of course you behave in a balanced manner and communicate normally with them. (Having made friends with the bartender, I got double portions of alcohol without any problems).

During the day, it's not boring either - volleyball, water polo, billiards - all this will perfectly brighten up the endless sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the sea and pool. What else do you need?!

Minor troubles are solved by a simple conversation with the person at the reception.
They changed my room in the 5th building absolutely free of charge (it is new - the rooms are not finished) to a chic room in 1! The food is not disgusting at all: the food is varied and tasty. A great abundance of vegetables and fruits, and we eat meat at home every day!
In general, if you are eating with friends and your goal is to have a good and fun time, then Platan Alpina is your choice!

To advise you to go to it is to make enemies for yourself. And most importantly, this hotel steals a lot. For 2 weeks they took out about 10 rooms. According to approximate estimates for 10 pieces of Baku rubles (including cell phones, cameras, money).
People!! ! don't trust anyone. The hotel is not worthy of your attention even for that kind of money.
